Oyakhilome gets across to me better when he's teaching than when i read his works.

I Corinthians 14:29...Let the ProphetS speak,two or three, and let the other judge
Eph 4:11...And He gave Some, apostleS, and some, ProphetS...

If you are entering marriage as a christian, it must b done in the presence of God and there should be present a higher spiritual authority (an ordained pastor). Marriage in a magistrate court is legally binding, but not spiritually. It doesn't have to be in a church, but the presence of an ordained spiritual authority is required. If this takes place even during the court wedding, then it's ok.
