Bro it does not need any surgery or u going to hospital, it's something I have dealt with so many times on my leg, it's an ingrown toenail and what you just need According to how I use to do it, just get a sharp blade and cut the nail very deep into your skin. (Note, it will be very painful)make sure you remove that nail inside.
I bet you after that moment you will feel relax.
My first experience, I cut almost half of my thumbnail, painful but that was the solution, if u need my number I can give you
