You have trust issues and I suspect this was inculcated into you by your family, most especially your mother.

I sincerely don't see how this relates to being an introvert, since you could afford to have had a girlfriend.

Anyway, like others have said. Try to loosen up. Maybe you should try visiting eatries/restuarants and eating their food. Know that there's no harm in eating food made by others and nobody is out to harm you, it's all in your mind.

I appreciate this thread a whole lot. The banking sector is really a Rat Race. The previous bank where I worked, operation staff were given targets, account opening, e-channels and all. In as much as I know that we have to cross sell, putting pressure on operation staff who require full concentration is absurd. It has now become a case of ensuring there is no service failure, seamless operations , fast TAT, error free transactions and meeting target. I almost lost my sanity. Banking is really crazy, operations is worse.... I really wanna break out of the operations department.

Am still a Young banker with about 7months experience, (though am currently in my second bank) what courses can work take to remain relevant? How does one effectively manage salary? At what point should one get a loan (for landed property).... The experienced ones should please assist
