whether people criticize me or not, I have already obtained my NIS APL on Tuesday, only waiting for documentation and Training to commence. I don't need NSCDC anymore only that I don't know if it is possible for my NSCDC Agent to bring in somebody to replace me. I pray the NSCDC Hopefuls get their APLs soonest...
