I have been facing challenges registering with Payooner. I do not have National I'd Card and My voter's card is no where to be found...


, I registered with NIMC about A year ago but was only issued a printout containing my name,address,photo and registration numbers. Like the attached image below.

I have no idea if payooner accepts this. If you were in similar case before, please share ideas!.
