Nairaland / General / Re: Introversion Is Such A Bad Personality Trait by dake40(m): 8:15am On Mar 13, 2021
Introversion sucks when you have no purpose.

"A problem defined is half solved "

What have you done to help yourself?

I'm an introvert too and a core one at that, i could stay indoors for months without seeing the daylight. [Since i have what i needed for survival]

My social life got worse and it was really affecting my esteem, i had no choice than to switch some traits

I work on the internet though [fiverr] and this contributed to my loneliness but i got it figured out since i started doing these

1. Registered at a nearby gym. Trust me, you will learn how to socialize [it helps], i make gym friends and trust me, i regretted not doing that earlier.

But be careful who you deal with, i only make gym friends, it takes several proofs and convictions before i could make "normal normal " friends. I'm that bad and i do not regret it

2. Freelancing friends

I have lots of them, depending on the nature of what you do, there are similar minded people you can interact with, trust me, you will feel comfortable conversing with someone with similar interests

You could find them online within your locals

This helps so so well

3. Game. I love Play station, only God know the number of people i have had playing games with them. Find what you love doing, man, you will find people who will like you and want to interact with you.

Recently, i have been thinking of including other sport (basketball on Saturday)

Im enjoying my introversion and i love it that way.

Bottling Emotions

I used to do that alot trust me, some people are good at seeing your weak points will use that against you

When you keep mute toward expressing your feelings, some people think you are foolish

see man, regardless of your temperament, there are always things to fix. Nobody is perfect, not even the extroverts.

I usually make my feelings known to anyone around me and will always let them know i love my space no matter what, and i should be treated with respect. Cos i will treat you the same.

I snub people easily, yes when i study you and realize you wont respect my space. I no like wahala. That doesnt mean i wont exchange greetings when necessary.

Start today, start letting people know what makes you feel bad, dont let them step on your toes.

Introversion is cool when you have principles.

I'm not perfect, I keep learning and improving

My concern is that if I-invest, another company operating in the same industry, could only offer around 4% pa, and interest on loan from bank currently is around 3%, which kind of business are Piggyvest owners operating that is giving them such high paying returns?

As for me, I am just being meticulous as there must a balance between the need for capital growth and capital protection.

I think it has been reduced to 9 or 10%

Click on 1-2 years savings.

You'd get 12.5% for 366 days agaisnt 10 for 365.

Ridiculous but truth

Hello house,

Please what is the update on the Treasury Bill? I didn't keep tab on same nowadays due to low yield.

However, I have an idle cash in the region of N2m waiting to be invested at present; it is an accumulated investment in treasury bill on I-invest app which just matured today.

Save for 3.39 yield pa yield for 357 days offered by I-Invest, I must confess that I have run short of the best ideas on how to invest this idle fund.

Financial gurus in the house, please come to my aid on this subject matter.

Thank you all.

If you trust piggyvest with your 2m. You could get as high as 13% pa paid upfront

I have really wanted to know this

Could there be any wallet where you can easily convert coins to a non-volatile balance. E.g dollar or naira balance but non volatile [funds wont fall or rise]

For instance, if i want to liquidate btc from raising or falling without sending to exchanger

I used to do this on Piggyvest before CBN update.  I will buy coins when dip and withdraw when high to my piggyFlex [non volatile]

ok sir
so what is the difference between restrict use and banning something

It would be nice to do thorough research to avoid misleading people.

China is still among the top countries with highest number of Crypto hodlers till date.

Banning and restricting are not same man.

When Something is banned, it becomes illegal, not allowed,

Restricting Something is allowed, but limited to it.

Cryptocurrency is not banned but restricted in almost all the countries you listed including Nigeria. The reason is not far fetched.

I learnt not to mess with rips pnd when it went up to 172 a couple weeks back and in 20mins fell to 130. That’s when I knew not to ever be greedy with it. I started sticking to 1-2% gains on it since then; on good days like this, I do an even better number but I rarely aim for 100% flips, except luck found me that day

Most of the apps i use charge me upto 1.5% per transaction

How do you make 1% to %2 profit bro?

Golden advice.

I kept learning by getting burn.... don't be a got like me please.

Everything left from my 350usd after DOGE did me dirty was 151usd yesterday.

Today I moved 75% to XRP using OCO I hit 19usd. Then that goat spirit entered me. I went to the remaining 25% in xlm liquidate it to usdt and from USDT to xrp for faster profit.

Unknowingly while on that, my stop loss on xrp have activated and sold all my xrp with balance in USDT.

I blindly placed buy for XRP with 100% of my USDT..not knowing 100% is now inclusive of my stop loss.

I lost 10usd instantly....I started looking for entry again. I lost another 10usd in doing that.

Guys be careful....set target and stick to it.

Don't be a goat like me

Great inputs

Which wallet do you use for conversion to other coins ?
