Ah Fox does not own Marvel oo. They only own rights to Marvel characters in Movies. Disney owns both the rights to the comics and movies of Marvel as a whole except for the small properties such as Spiderman that Marvel sold to Fox which is not complete selling as there is clause as to if they defunct in making a movie based on that property within a specific time, the rights go back to Marvel.

And Besides same goes for Sony and the ownership rights to the Spiderman and Venom.

dere is only one Marvel. MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) is the name given to it Cinematic Universe just like DC is DCEU (DC Expended Universe)

The mistake a lot of people make is assuming that there is one Marvel, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Thing is, there are two Marvels, namely

- Marvel Cinematic Studios also known as Marvel Disney
- Marvel also known as Marvel Fox

Marvel Disney gave us movies like Iron Man, The Avengers, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Civil War & Spiderman: Homecoming.

...whilst,

Marvel gave us movies like Days of Future Past, First Class, The Wolverine, Logan, Deadpool & TV series like Legion, Agent Of Shield, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, The Gifted et al.

Bottom line: MCU movies aren't the same as Marvel movies & tv shows. Yeah, their marvel characters from the comic books share the same world, but on the big screen, that is not always the case.

Marvel as a company is owned by Disney, including (marvel comics, marvel studios and Marvel tv).
Before Disney bought Marvel, Marvel sold the movie rights of some of its characters to movie studios in the 80s, when it almost went bankrupt.
Fox: Xmen Fantastic 4 and all characters close to dem)
Sony: Spiderman
Universal studio: Hulk, Iron man, Doctor strange, Namor(tho dey got iron man and the rest back except Namor back but the first iron movie and the hulk movie had universal studios imprint even tho dey are set on the MCU.

the deal is that the studios must make movies on those characters or the rights go back to marvel

Marvel as the rights to all its characters on Tv, but marvel tv reports to Marvel inc boss(ike) while Marvel Studios report directly to Disney due to crisis during the production of Captain America civil war.

Netflix only partner with Marvel Tv to produce the shows, which are still under MCU, while Fox begged for The Gifted, Hulu begged for The Runaways also.

Marvel on ABC has always been a problem, AOS caused it imho with the way dey started s01, Agent Carter tried but dey cancelled it. but this Inhumans i don't even know long it can last. heard ABC tried cancelling AOS but Disney(owns ABC & Marvel) ordered it back so dey moved AOS to Fridays (where nobody will watch it)

Marvel on Netflix has been the saving Grace (except Iron Fist) punisher will surely do well.

Marvel on Fox is another thing, Legion was a good show even though my head hurts watching the show. another marvel show will start today (GIFTED) about mutants, can't wait to see that

Passed through this road for the first time last weekend. Got home with serious headache and body pain.

imagine going through it day and night everyday. i leave home 4.15am everyday becos of this road to meet up with staff bus at ikorodu.

Haba...Kilo de! The state of the road is despicable...it's as if we are not paying tax. I have a suggestion. Why not give all the big companies in that area, that use that road majorly, tax holiday and ask them to reconstruct the road...

this road no be here o, from sabo down to sagamu na hell. this morning on my way to work na guinness truck turn crates of stouts for road last month is it Coca-Cola and goldberg, i can't even start counting containers falling weekly, danfos buses and the rest being damage on that road. ikorodu to ogijo is just like 25mins but you will spend 2hrs cuz of this portion and the one after laspotech and odoguyan and PZ own dey dere. this is a federal road built even b4 lagos/ibadan expressway with lots of heavy duty companies on the route (odoguyan and ogijo industrial estates) just so sad successive government left the road like this
