Hello Gurus, please is Medical mandatory for Visiting Visa also, just like Student visa?

Hi Guys, good day to you all. Please, I applied for a Conference that has already commenced on Sept 24, to end 28. Submitted my Application August 4 with d intention of 34working days. Uptill now, I have not gotten any response. Guys, what do you advise to do? I was thinking of sending them mail, requesting that i am still willing to go ahead with d travelling, but purely on vacation.
Please, advise!

ManTiger: Sir, its so so risky to book a flight ahead before issuance of the Visa, its like entering one chance for Lagos but Impossible is Nothing shaar. just relax and feel cos as if the money you've spent so far is nothing because there is very little you can do to fast track their decision. sending mails will be like you're under pressure and coercing them to favour your application... #justBelieve!

Hi everyone, happy Sunday. Please, my concern is about a Conference I want to attend in canada in which I booked a flight for d 24th of september. The program is 26th sept. and tomorrow will make it the 31st working days at the embassy.
I actually read on their website dt d processing takes 34days for Visiting but d 34th day will fall on 25th. I actually thought d processing time includes weekends on submission. I sent dem mail last week and do not know d next step to take. Flight booked is 24th while hotel starts 25th Sept. Pls., advise. Should I send anoda mail or call? Thank u

Hello Guys, my name is Damola and I recently submitted my application for Canada Visiting Visa. My concern is: 1. I provided all the required documents but failed to change the numbers of days to spend from 4 to 14 on the online form. Thou, the 14 days reflected on the flight booking and Hotel reservations. Do I need to do anything like sending them mail to inform them?
2. I want to confirm if the processing time of 34 days I saw on their website includes weekends or not, because they did not specify.
