Hello nairalanders, please what is your take on this. I recently got a job offer from a private school that pays above 100k and gives other packages for house,loan etc. But the problem now is that I work as a casual staff with federal ministry that promises permanent appointment between now and next year, though currently pays below 50k.But I have my time.No pressure at all and I can do side hustle. The private school is giving me a contract of ten years. Right now,I have one week to decide or the school takes someone else. Note,the other ministry is also education. I am really scared of all these private schools stuff and policies. The person who recommended to the private school feels I should go for that one. Pls help me
