hi, i sucribed for d enhanced goodybad package yestaday with N750, but my main account balance waz deducted when i tried to make cal dis evening. My initial acct balance was 708 nd after my cal to an mtn numbr,it has reduced to 608 and my goodybad validity wil expire by april 2014. Good Day dear network provide, I want to lay a complaint that has re-occurred again. I loaded mtn #200 via vtu yesterday and I was given 5mb for internet browsing, thinking I was using the 5mb to browse I checked my balance when I wanted to make a call only for me to see that my a/c bal. was #144 and the megabyte was cleared. For god sake how much data does simple browsing with images off cost? And my whats app was on but just normal chatting took place. I use a nokia c5.00 phone. The one that irked me the more was before going to bed I uninstalled my whats app and closed my uc browser only to wake up and discover that #100 was deducted from my account, How is this possible? All I want is my money be returned simple. I called your customer care this morning only to be told my records as at after I recharged was not coming up, I want to know why is it that my records are not always displaying due to system upgrade or otherwise? Please kindly refund my money; I am tired of paying for inefficiency. This is not the first time this is happening and nothing was done.

I do not know if this works but if it does,is MTN charging for BBM hotspot? If yes how can a client subscribe for this product using mtn subscribed BBM,if no what are the procedures to get this product? Is there any network offering this product free from their subscribed BBM?

I tried to subscribe for the mtn goody bag by texting G750 to 131 but I didn't get any reply so I decided to call customer care and the lady did it but I was surprised that I saw #1200 and #750 in my bonus account instead of having 150mins and 200 sms. I called again to ask what happened and another guy told me that it has been activated that I should use it so I decided to make a call and the call was charge from the bonus account at 40k per second and Sms at #5, from my calculations the minutes cannot be up to 150 and I can't get 200sms if it continued like that.
I want to know how I got bonus instead of minutes and Sms. If possible you can help me revert to minutes and sms or refund my hard earned money

I hv never seen fraudsters like mtn. They deduct my airtime any time they feel like. Just check this
