Hello DamDam,

In my opinion, let her send the money to and you notarize the gift deed. Also write an LOE to explain the lump sum when it reflects on your account.

Also add the receipt of transfer to the documents you’ll submit for your application.

Finally write a really good convincing SOP why your mom is willing to support you and your immediate family.

I hope this helps and Goodluck.

PS: Ask the gurus on the platform as well, tag them so they can see your questions.

Thank you so much, waiting for the gurus

Hi guys!!! This is the third time I will be asking for help, I just need the best counsel please na

My mum sold a property recently to sponsor me for my MBA, I have my offer letter, and I just made a term payment. I'm going with my husband and two children this September, I just want to know what best to do tp show proof of funds, do i get the money from her and do a notarized deed of gift or just use her account statement, explaining the lump sum and showing evidence of the property transactions.

Just want to put in my best shot as it is a family application

MrDam:
Good day my Canadian family I greet you all

Please I need your insight and advice on this case

My sis got admission for her MBA in the university of Canada west and she wants to go with her family of 5 three children the her husband.

All documents are ready to apply
meanwhile we dont know how best to sort her living expenses because of the dependant

Does it make any sense if all the funds required both tuition and living expenses is deposited in her account as a gift deed roughly 30m or the person should just stand as a sponsor please what's your take and those who have done family package please enlighten us more on this

And should the living expenses of the dependants for the whole of 2years be available or it's only the first year required please I need your take

She has paid her tuition deposit which is 7900 and the only money that will be reflecting in her account henceforth is the money hoping to be deposited in his account which is roughly 30m, how best did you think we can handle the handle the funds to avoid the issues of lump sum.

Thanks expecting your feedback

This particular question has not been answered, I would like to know also, as this applies to me as well.
