. Nigerian politicians are greedy and so they will always want to be with the ruling party so they can get access to national treasures.
The presidency is the only thing keeping this party of thieves together
Even the APC members sef was formed PDP members na. Nor be every dem dey defect from PDP to APC and back to PDP. See Saraki nau.

Nigerian politicians are the lazy ones because rather than have and grow viable businesses they just want to collect millions for doing nothing. If they start paying political office holders 100k, monthly capped at 500k, they won't near politics.

How many politicians know their party's take on key issues ( do their parties even have stance) you hardly see democrats or republicans defecting and vice versa because you join based on how key societal issues are represented and how these align with your values, you don't choose a party because of sentiments, religion or my uncle dey the party

PoliticsRe: Alleged Arms Deal: APC Demands Amosun’s Probe by DameB(f): 7:07am On Jul 01, 2019
JosEast:
The caretaker committee of the All Progressives Congress in Ogun State yesterday asked President Muhammadu Buhari to investigate former Governor Ibikunle Amosun over an alleged arms deal. Amosun had been enmeshed in controversy over some arms and ammunition he reportedly handed over to the police at the twilight of his administration in the state.

The spokesman of the party, Tunde Oladunjoye, in a statement in Abeokuta, said: “|Such collection of huge arms and ammunitions can only exist in the military barracks in Nigeria. Or how many AK47 or millions if bullets can the police in Ogun State boast of.

I don't think he should be probed. He should be arrested and then the issue should be investigated. An individual has no business stockpiling such large cache of weaponry at all. Henry Okah was arrested and THEN investigated. If Amosun is a defence contractor then he should let us know with proofs. Stop treating Nigerians like daft people.

The double standards by which issues are handled in the country is appalling.

Like the RUGA program. In developed countries animals are not allowed to go grazing country-wide. You wanna be a cattle rearer you get a f**k**g ranch so why are the cattle owners who have a wrong business model not been coached or fined.

PRESENTATION:
And I know someone who stole just ordinary 1 local fowl and spent 1 year in prison, how the fvck do you then steal 45m naira and spend 6 years. We’ve to revisit the law.
Dude the more you steal the better for you in Nigeria. You even enjoy during the imprisonment because your can bribe prison officials

And what happen to deziani that offered the bribe?
In Nigeria, the larger the sum of money you embezzle or steal, the more upper hand you have. You become a "self-made" untouchable. Because you can buy ALL the protection you need.

The few public funds embezzlers who get prosecuted are prosecuted and brought to face the law because someone has a personal vendetta against them and go to all levels to make sure they are prosecuted.

A lot of public office holders, politicians and even down to local government Treasurers and Head of Personnel Management get away with a lot of stealing. And Nigeria being a country that celebrates wealth irrespective of the source states worshipping and revering these people
PoliticsRe: Ruga Settlement Is To Resolve Farmer/Herder Conflicts - Presidency by DameB(f): 11:42pm On Jun 30, 2019
There are cattle rearers overseas. Let there be ranches in the north. It's not right to force nomads on the whole country. This is not oil and gas. The funds from cattle sales aren't for the national coffers

When I was studying for my MPH one of our professors was always saying it's good to segregate your waste in your homes so you can hand the plastics out to these scavengers rather than have them combing syringe ridden dumps searching for plastics
