Restrict Background Data, this is to make make whatever amount of signal the phone receives to be Concentrated on that app alone.

Then FORCE STOP BBM and Launch again, It should Display Email Page.

I tried this on my Tecno D5 and It worked.

If your Registered on BBM . COM for updates, then you are good to go.
You need a VPN app, be it troid, droid, sandwich, freedom. .
Just download the bbm http://www.mekxycafe.com/sites/default/files/download/BBM_Official.apk
Then launch your VPN and use a foreign port. Like USA.
Then use the email you used in BBM . COM to register on the bbm app.
And you are good to go.
