temmypotter: finally the hulla balloo is over, I am not a fan of this show and so from my very neutral stance and subjective point of view, i think the wrong person won, why? he garnered votes and fans because of a biased social system clamoring for mediocrity, claim street, claim rugged and the people are behind you? from a more emphatic point of view, playing the pity card because you are seemingly not so well to do is not the way. The truth is Efe doesn't have one single thing to offer the world and Nigeria apart from "Streetness" . I only hope the opportunities outlives the 25m and he can build on it. As for Bisola, she's made! Well said!!!! |

Backinfront: Mehn if there is going to be another edition of BBn, BB owe us some really beautiful women with or without talent (since it's clear now that viewers are less concerned about talents) at least to compensate US for watching average looking women for 3good months.
During the auditioning, ugly and dull looking people should not be given a second eye. Average looking and arrogant rejects should be ignored completely.
There should be no repetition of this efemenation nonsense. same for the average looking men that have graced our screens for almost 3 months. |

Papykush: No, my version of gender equality ====>
No gender is a victim of rape. your version is very wrong, any gender can be a victim of rape be it Man to woman, woman to man,man to man&woman to woman. Anybody(irrespective of gender)who is fondled without consent in their private parts is a victim of assault. |
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Naija 2017: Live Thread by DamiG(f): 9:33am On Mar 06, 2017 |
Papykush: Well, I believe in gender equality. so your version of gender equality is to always blame the woman whenever she is assaulted by some gross pervert |

Papykush: Nigga is even trending than chibok girls and obasanjo... jumoke didn't trend this much before she got multiple endorsements
You don't want Nigerians to reason you matter, believe me you wouldn't like it trending for the wrong reason, its not pike he isnt trending because people love him or something. Anyway this incident has shown the faulty mentality of Nigerians, whenever a woman is sexually assaulted we always look for ways to blame the woman and exonerate the man. This despite that kemen has made some disgusting comments in the past alluding to date rape |

100naira: Imagine some f00lish girls trying to defend kemen from what he did. How can a right thinking human being call Tboss the girlfriend of the guy that owns payporte because of what happened yesterday? And another 1diot is accusing her of wanting kemen out of the house. Seriously? Some of these girls wey I de respect for this nairaland fall my hand yesterday badly. One would think that it was Tboss that reported kemen to biggie whereas it wasn't the case cos she hadrons no idea what happened until the video was played. I know so many girls dislike Tboss but in serious matters like this, you leave behind your bias and dislike about her and tackle the issue head on instead of looking for silly excuses for kemen. As in eh,the foolish women defending him make me sad |

PrincessKab: See TBoss face, straight. Whatttttt!!!! Haa! Woman! I can't cry right now. He wasn't my Favorite, but I just thought TBoss should have told him not to sleep on that bed with him again, just to save his head/face, or even leave the bed for him, instead of this...She should have defended him at the diary session. Kai! why should she defend him,he joined her in her bed when she was sleeping and at one point put his Hand in her pant. why should she defend such a person, stop giving excuses for a pervert |

Mhizkel: There would probably be a re-union if TTT happens to win. Power of money! After all she supported him in the first place, and now she can't bear it anymore. Ttt ain't winning. He ruined his chances with his lies and there are stronger and more likable housemates in the house. In fact when next he is up for eviction he has a high chand of being evicted. |
Education › Re: Why Females Prefer Colleges Of Education, Polytechnics – Stakeholders by DamiG(f): 10:04am On Feb 18, 2017 |
FFemales in borno or the north do not represent the rest of the females in this country. Northern culture doesn't value women but only sees them as inferior baby making machines who are to be married of early. In other parts of the world girls are becoming presidents, astronauts, scientists and billonaires.our northern brethren are only thinking of how to marry them Off as early as possible. They have to realize that if you don't educate half if your population their is no way such a society can develop, foolish backwards people!!!! |

Politics › Re: Does God Hate Nigeria Nd Africa As A Whole. by DamiG(f): 2:18pm On Feb 12, 2017 |
Baawaa: Capital NO,God did not hate us,it is we that we don't love ourselves. The problems started with our ancestors who worshiped idols that is just the fact. Mr,there are many countries that worship idols that are better off than Nigeria.Hinduists and Buddhists are better off than us and they didn't have to adopt the white man and arab man's god before they developed. @Op to your question, god if he exists dosent hate us we hate ourselves. Most of our problems are man made. The black race suffers from greed most of us want to get rich to help ourselves only, our politicians enrich themselves only even the money they loot they stuff it abroad thereby developing the economies of other countries. Most of us that criticise this politicians will do the same thing if not worse when we get to office. Politics is now seen as a way to get rich quick. Our religious leaders are only bothered about their pockets, they create imaginary enemies that are "blocking" their followers progress and preach of miracles and prosperity and the followers drop their hard earned money in hope that their imaginary enemies will be destroyed and the money would crawl from no where. But alas the religious leaders get richer buy private jets, live in posh mansions but encourage their congregation to continue to give and pray harder. Even the universities built by these churches most if their church members cant afford it although they contributed to the building of it. Another problem is that africans are more if consumers than producers we rarely produce or manufacture but rather import everything under the sun even toothpick And the few things manufactured by Africans we tend to disregard it as substandard while we worship the white man's products. Some of those good made in Italy shoes you wear are actually made in Aba bit if they had written made in aba there you probably won't have bought despite its quality. An economy that rarely produces but consumes a lot would rarely develop. THATS why Japan, china,Korea and Singapore are more developed despite lack of natural resources Nigeria's problems are too much for me to mention but trust me god dosent hate Nigerians/Africans. we are the cause of our problems and the sooner we realise that than blaming an imaginary being, the better for us. |
