Sound advice, keep it up

Please I need sound advice from sensible nairalanders, am 100level student at one university ,after my first semester exams I performed woefully in which I had 5pass and 5C.o, due to the fact that I resumed lately due to admission tussle and I really struggled to get into the system, but this semester have learnt from my mistakes. Pls NAIRALANDERS with that kind of result in first semester and if I perform well this second semester is there any hope of graduating with second class upper not to talk of first class considering the numbers of Carry over that is already on ground in my 100level Please advice me.

For you to improve the way you speak,I think British accent will be more suitable , am gonna advice you to make use of dictionary.com to learn how pronounce perfectly.

I know that studying law @ Nigeria universities is never a child's play, but as a fresher, i want you guys to give me much needed advice on how to succeed at the universities. And i wouldn't mind if u can give me necessary tips on how to study and assimilate as Law student
