Many thanks for the insightful contributions. I have a property in ibadan which has reached the first stage of plumbing and electrical piping.
It's a 2 and 3 bedroom bungalow. At the moment, I need your professional advice on how to plan for the 3 stages of each respectively.I read in your earlier contributions that the piping and plumbing phase 1 should be about 170k.
Kindly advice on the costing for half conduit and the plumbing.
