Was the account verified before it started giving this issue? if yes, when you added the card, did you verify it before you started uploading funds. This time, this verification has to do with the money that will be deducted from from your account which you are to confirm.

Another is how much did you try uploading. Remember, GTB limit is $100. The amount that will be deducted for verification is between $1-$3 So you are left with $97 as your remaing limit for the month.

All conditions met above, try uploading between $85 - $90 as a trial once more.
And again, use a browser that shows your IP to be from Nigeria. Use normal phone browser.
