Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Damlovey(f): 2:09am On Jan 31, 2023
Good morning all,
I used NYSC to gain points for PR and have received ITA. My NYSC was at a government office, do I need to indicate that I worked for the government in the employment history section?
would appreciate if anyone can provide an answer as soon as possible.

Hi all, I'm currently in Canada and want to apply under CEC. I'm currently on 468 which is still low compared to the recent draw so I'm thinking of using my NYSC experience to boost my points. since I worked in a state ministry do anyone have any idea what document I need to provide?

Thanks

Thank you! I will look into it.
ednut1:
just get a normal reference letter. You dont need to state nysc. Nysc letter also serves no purpose as it does not prove or say you performed any role.

Hello Guys, I'm new to this subreddit and I would appreciate any help. I'm currently in Canada on a PG work permit. Due to difficulty in getting a job, I'm trying to apply for the express entry stream using my one year NYSC as work experience. The problem is that I did not have a defined job role where I worked but I have been able to summarize it under Administrative Assistant based on similarities in duties. How do I go about getting a reference letter that clearly explains my employment. does my NYSC certificate of completion suffice?

Thank you

roman 9:5 said ... Who is God over all... Jesus rules over everything, everything has been subjected under him. except for the one who subjected everything under him which is Jehovah
freshboi88:

@Janosky I dnt have time for your rubbish and lies. I will not stop exposing u.

New Living Translation
Roman 9:5 Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are their ancestors, and Christ himself was an Israelite as far as his human nature is concerned. And he is God, the one who rules over everything and is worthy of eternal praise! Amen.

The bible says Jesus is God @Janosky says he is not.

@Janosky reconcile the bolded with ur Jesus created bullshit story. Did the scripture call Jesus God or not?
Religion / Re: Jehovah Witness, Did Jesus Create Jesus? by Damlovey(f): 8:06pm On May 01, 2020
freshboi88:

Jesus Christ is worthy of eternal praise, he is the son of God. let's look at the temptation of Jesus by Satan. why would satan tempt Jesus with the riches of this world if Jesus was God? We all know that satan isn't dumb, and he knows that everything was created by God, even the so-called riches of the world.
Did they argue or not?...They did! U dnt have a point.

New Living Translation
Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are their ancestors, and Christ himself was an Israelite as far as his human nature is concerned. And he is God, the one who rules over everything and is worthy of eternal praise! Amen.

Is the bible lying...it says here Jesus is God. Jehovah Witnesses say the bible is lying
Religion / Re: Jehovah Witness, Did Jesus Create Jesus? by Damlovey(f): 8:02pm On May 01, 2020
I studied the bible myself. no one told me what to do. The bible says "you shall know the truth and the truth shall liberate you" That was what God's word the bible did.
with regards to your question, let's use the analogy of a man and his only child, son. the man birthed the son obviously. everything the man has belongs to the son. the man may through his son but lands and properties. the son knows that everything his father has belongs to him, that doesn't take away the fact that the boy was birthed by the father.
freshboi88:

Ur decision to be open minded was the biggest mistake u made in Ur life. Study ur bible get the truth urself

John 16:15 New King James Version (NKJV)
15 All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.

@bolded in ur heart of heart, is this a statement that a created being would make?
Religion / Re: Jehovah Witness, Did Jesus Create Jesus? by Damlovey(f): 5:25pm On Apr 30, 2020
No maximus69, No one is beyond redemption. I was once like him but I decided to be openminded and see the truth as it is
Maximus69:

Even if Jesus should come back to tell him "the father is greater than the son" John 14:28

TRINITY has rendered him braindead so he can't grasp it!
Religion / Re: Jehovah Witness, Did Jesus Create Jesus? by Damlovey(f): 3:58pm On Apr 30, 2020
@FRESHBOI88
Jesus didn't create Jesus. rather it was God who created Jesus. he is the firstborn of all creation and through him, everything was created. God is distinct from Jesus. just as God said, Jesus is his only begotten son because he is the only one to be created directly by God and God created every other thing through Jesus Christ. read the book of 1st Corinthians 15 vs 20-29. I pray you to get a grasp of the distinctiveness between them and How Jehovah is superior to Jesus

Sending a CSE to the processing immigration office in charge of your application doesn't pose to be an act of desperation rather it speeds up the transmission of your passport since your application has already been approved.

Below are emails of the immigration offices you can contact;

- London Immigration office
LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

-. Lagos immigration department
lagos.immigration@international.gc.ca

- Kenya, Nairobi immigration office
nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca

As to the bolded I don't share my personalized mails or letters on a public forum in an effort to avoid plagiarism. If you deem it necessary, a private communication will do.
@frankrobbn1 good morning, i have a similar issue . Got a correspondence letter since 6th of may but there’s been no update on the application. Whether approval or refusal, please the application is four months already. It’s a paper application which means my passport has been held since January. Please help me out

How long does qlife take in sending medical results to IRCC.. it’s now 6 days and nothing yet. I kept on calling and they are saying they haven’t, I asked the reason for that and they said there’s no reason they just haven’t.
Same happened to me, they didn't send it until 8days after. Be patient

Withdraw an application that as been finalised! !!!!!!! shocked

Are you kidding me. Go to the vfs center to get the final outlook on your application asap. They've most likely approved it so go with your passport.
I don't stay in Lagos, pls if there's any number I can call through to vfs I would appreciate it

I'd have expected you to link your paper application to an online account already, bit from what you said it seems you haven't done that. I'll advise you do so ASAP, to know the status of your application. If the linking isn't successful, just go to VFS Global like that, with the receipt you were given.

Good luck.

Morning ma'am, I linked it already, I got the correspondence letter in the account. There's been no update, all it says is we are processing your application and eligibility review

Good morning friends. Please it’s been 4months since I submitted my application (paper route). Thanks to everyone who have in one way or the oother helped me. Please I really do not know what to do again, missed resumption and had to defer to September 2019.

Medical request April 2
Medical passed April 18
Biometric correspondence May 6
However there’s been no update since then neither have I gotten my passport back. Got a response to a webform I sent saying “ your application has been finalized “ on 7th of May. I have tried calling vfs countless times but it’s not been going through. I want to withdraw the application but I was told I can’t since the application has been finalized. Please I don’t know the next step to take, I need all suggestions whatsoever. Thank you

Good morning. Before paying the 85 dolls, I think it’s best you check the validity of your biometric on cic website. I didn’t pay additional money for my application because I’d applied in 2016. It shows valid
Gunit87:

Sorry its not medicals, its Biometrics. Meanwhile, I paid the $85 now but my concern is why requesting again when validity is 10 years.

TRV processing time update 29/03/2019

Hey Nairaland Family,

We now have a sample of 22 hopefuls!

Please I would encourage those that have applied this year to share their timeline (whether you're a new or re-applicant, Application Route, School Resumption Date, Application Date, Biometrics Request Date, Biometrics Done Date, Medical Request, Medicals Done, Medicals Passed, PPR or the Current Status of your application). If you don't have all this information, you can just share the ones that you have and update the rest as you receive it.

This information would help us study or attempt to establish a pattern to how CIC operates. (Please note that the calculated estimates are just averages based on the little sample we have. Your processing time may be faster or slower than the average)

For those that have already submitted their timeline, kindly share if you are a new applicant or a re-applicant. Also, please share when you are expected to resume school. This would help us understand if there is a relationship between processing time and resumption date. (Cc Dedecoder, Godatwork23, Oni2019, Damlovey, Yacha77, docsaj, TheAfrikan, 2roodi, Oluwaseunbd, Bodineros, Klem28, AA07, Trishaben, Omarzx, ify85, Samolala2019, umulobi, Mykaelolalekan, Oyalfares)

Finally, If there is anything you think i should add to the data or calculate from the data or present the data so that it is more understandable, please share with me.

I didn’t input the UCI but I indicated that i had been rejected before on my form
DMerciful:
With regards to your previous rejection, did you mention in the form you filled that you have been rejected before? Did you input the UCI number? Did you do another biometrics? These questions will help the VO to know if you are intentionally trying to hide something or not. I was rejected in 2017 when I applied for visitor's visa but I filled the details in my form however I did not mention it in my letter of explanation because I already indicated it in my form

Hello, Good morning guys. I recently applied for a study visa on 23/01/2019, a week after I got a message that my application has been processed at the canada visa office lagos and I can track using a tracking no on vfsglobal.ca but whenever I track all i see is “your application is being processed at the canada visa application centre” nothing more or less. Is there another way to track it?
