If they are not responding to emails or calls,you can either rebook another appointment by omitting a letter/digit on your passport number, which can be changed on the day of your appointment when you tell them or you go to iom office they’ll reactivate the date you cancelled for you or select another date.

Please help with respect to TB test booking on ion. I cancelled an appointment and I've been trying to reschedule but it's telling me I have an active appointment despite sending a mail that the initial appointment has been cancelled.
