Yea apply to college after that you can go for your MBA. You are eligible to apply for work permit 6months into your program. You would need to be in good academic standing. I dont really know about colleges, but this is the few i know:

1) George Brown College ( Toronto)
2) Seneca College (Toronto)
3) Humber College (Toronto)
4) Algonquin College (Ottawa)

You would have to do some more research to look for the one that has the program that you want and one that fits your budget. As i said before I know little about colleges. Pardon me if I didnt give sufficient help.
