Qualifications
A University degree/HND in any of the arts in social sciences or Business management discipline


Job Purpose
-Present a professional and positive image of Aero contractors by assisting customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner

-Provide check-in assistance, ticketing, reservations, re-booking of itineraries and boarding pass for passengers checking and acceptance of passenger luggage

-allocate seat numbers, issue boarding pass, luggage labels and assist in tracking lost luggage

- weigh luggage and collect any excess charges

- Provide up to date information on flights and services

- board flights and escort passengers to aircraft as needed

- Provide accurate gate information, flight arrival and departure information as well as respond to general inquirers

- assist special needs passengers and resolve customers complaints

- maintain thorough knowledge and handling of unaccompanied minors and law enforcement officers

- communicate clearly and accurately with customers as well as ground and aircraft personnel

I can understand why so many people approach almost every news with some level of doubt and pessimism but this can also be costly sometimes.
I mentioned earlier that i was invited to write a test for this position last week Monday and yet we still have doubters here.

Anyway for those who asked,it was basically o'level maths (about 5-7 questions)Also some general questions and instruments that measure some natural habitats like rain and wind amongst others,also a passage to be read and questions answered thereafter.

There was also some English aptitude test like 'choose phrase that is best synonymous with' a particular word or phrase.etc Questions were about 30 in all with 50mins to answer all.

For me,its not laborious ,just basic knowledge should get anyone through and pray for God'S favor thereafter.GOOD LUCK !

@Ifyalways - please don't rely on company's career page on their website to get vacancy updates ,it can be misleading as so many many companies don't post vacancies and yet 'things are happening' .A word is enough.GOOD LUCK!

I did my test and passed nd interviews were organised immediately on aug. 11 @ abj.
My interview wnt well.
Peeps in lag,ph nd abj dat did interviews, has any1 received any sort of communication 4rm aero? Pls!!!
I opened a thread for dis but got NO RESPONSE!

@least a nigga gotta knw his fate...

yes, lady! I heard there was ONLY 1 day of test @ all d centres. So it's gotta b d same ppl dat wrote 2 weeks back dat were called.

D worst part of undergoing a recruitment process is d WAITING part
