Okay I know the place. It's the venue with other ICT candidates. Just go to Uniben Maingate, ask for Uniben Auditorium, follow the side that lead to Engineering, then you will turn to your left, the street beside Old Engineering 1000 Theatre, between the near Auditorium ending. Just walk down the street, you will see the ICT place before the UBA ATM Machine. The ICT is of different halls.
