Bros no vex o, I was born a Lagosian, raised and schooled in Lag. I was lucky to be invited to the north by a friend.
I later shifted my base to Kano in 2013 I stayed in Zoo road for 1year. Zoo road is more of Hausa place than Sharada phase 3 where I worked 3years. Sharada phase 1,2, 3, n chalawa are industrial areas with some visitors living around these areas bcoz of proximity to work.
No place in Kano even in villages u cannot speak any other languages. Although, may be becos of inferiority complex u may be shy to speak ur dialect. But no one stops u bro.
Hausas have their kinda characters that are so annoying but every other tribes have these features.
I stayed in S/Gari for 4years, but we the visitors don't like ourselves. We make life more difficult for ourselves.
