What can I do?

Can someone change a first course of study with a second choice? I got an admission Into Rostock but I just got to know it's in German language and my second choice is taught in English.

Do I need to authenticate documents stamped from my university too?

Is it just a court signature or stamp or a seal?

I didn't notarize it, since I collected it directly from my university here and it was stamped in school

i sent my documents to uni-assist and later got this reply about the English proficiency document i got from my school.

"please note : you handed in the required document .unfortunately ,it is not sufficiently authenticated and does not show original stamp and original signature .therefore this document cannot be accepted in this form."

can anyone explain better on what they need actually ?
