Natudu: N150K should get you a decent self contained in Suleja, i believe. But i will suggest you do try reaching out to more guys on ground in abuja and see if anyone can cut you a 3 month stay in a self contain for N150k, somewhere in a satellite town. It should be a good deal but like i said, our people do not usually rent houses monthly. Natudu,do you know anyone in abuja or suleja i can contact? or anyhow i can go about it Thanks |

Natudu: Suleja is pretty close but could be challenging commuting to and fro. Kogi is out of it. N150k or $1K is a bit too low to give you any hotel in or around abuja. That will equal like N1500 per day for your 3 months lay! Depending on the living condition you are prepared to allow, you might be able to get a 1BR apartment in, say, Suleja for a year. We are not good with short lets, and where they exist in Abuja, they are quite expensive. Ok agreed kogi is out of it,i am talking about NGN150,000 for the period of 3months but it seems that will not cover any hotel bills around abuja,so what do you think about a comfortable room, self contain somewhere is suleja for that price?i can pay for a year but i wont be there for more than 3months. |

Natudu: Come on. Kogi state to Abuja? I suppose your business will be in Abuja. Nigerians are not used to having short term flat mates. Your best bet might be in cheap hotels at or near the satellite towns. Again, it would help if you indicate your budget. Thank you nutudu, i knew nigerians are not used with short term flat mates, just thought there might be someone out there that could be interested. I use to think kogi and suleja is only an hour to abuja but not sure.i have a budget of 150k for accommodation, please let me know if there is any suggestion. Again, thanks |
