EducationRe: JAMB 2017: Oloyede Made Everyone Look Brilliant by danggy(m): 8:36am On May 19, 2017
[Please how can someone do the calculation of Olevel result? Thanks in advancequote author=tdayof post=56661339]Getting admitted as a science student will be very competitive this year except the candidate has a good O'level result.

I have seen alot of students with 280-330. Most universities divide Jamb by 8 which means 320/8=40 points. However, most students do not have a strong o'level. Most of the candidates O'LEVEL points will fall into 30 with few having 30-40 points.

This means 40+30=70 points. You should also know most of these guys got less than 320 in jamb. Most are withing the range of 280-304 . So 304/8= 38 points. With total being 68.

What I'm trying to say is most of the science students results are of high score and at the same time this is a big hinderance for them to secure admission as most of them already have a weak waec result. The jamb only compliments their waec which is an advantage to boost their aggregate.

The big issue now is admission. Last year UI medicine and surgery was 71 points with around 170 students to be admitted.. Over 3,000 applicants applied to study at UI and a minimum of 350 applied to study medicine and surgery. Out of the 350, 100 won't meet the cutoff and the remaining students amount to 250.

Now 250 students made the cut or but only 170 are to be admitted. 100 as merit and 70 as cachement. Now the student best bet is to be among the top 100..

Cut off is 71 and a student has 73 while 60 students have 73.4-75 while the rest have 75-75. Now this is what no one likes.

Advice, calculate your aggregate and be sure you're meeting up with cut off or probably apply for change or course to a course where you can cross back to your preferred course

Thank You.
HealthRe: Wet Dreams: Natural Or Spiritual? by danggy(m): 5:14am On Mar 23, 2017
A nocturnal emission, also called a wet dream, is an involuntary ejaculation of semen during sleep. The cause of these experiences is uncertain but popular wisdom puts them down to either erotic dreams or the buildup of semen in the prostate, so basically its from your thought process.

Wet dream is an accidental and unintentional thing. It is not a sin that can be counted against you that you found yourself to have ejaculated, when you woke-up from your sleep. Medical scientists are of the notion that nocturnal emission/wet dream is a natural help for a release of tension in men especially.

No single man is comfortable with wet dreams for so many reasons. Most of the common wet dreams are simply that the man dreams he was having sex with a woman or a woman dreaming of having sex with a man or vice versa; but somehow they are actually masturbating while the dream is occurring. The scientists are of the opinion that men always think about sex a lot.

Ok, lemme talk about this from my own perspective. I don’t think I’ve had one before, yea really, or if I have then maybe that’s way a long time ago that I can’t remember. Personally, I don’t think its natural per say, and dwelling on the nature of Nigeria as a country filled with overly-spiritual citizens “I’m spiritually sensitive tho. just not an extremist” . I don’t see a reason why it can be viewed as natural not even with scientists saying its a natural help for the release of tension in men most especially.

I still can’t find, how that holds water abeg. Really!!! do they know the amount of stress and tension an average lagosian or a job seeker goes through on a daily basis trying to survive or facing interview panels?… I’d rather push it to the court of Wet dreams being Spiritual *person need prayers to over
