Someone had similar issue can't remember who...I'd advise u go through the previous pages and contact the person. He will be in a better place to proffer solution...

HOW TO CHANGE DATE OF BIRTH:
The steps to change your date of birth after registration are:
Purchase the WAEC Results Verification PIN from any firstbank branch
Login with your email and password by clicking on 'Resume Registration' link on this NYSC registration portal. This will present your dashboard to you
Click on change date of birth menu. A new page will popup for you
Fill the form and submit your entries
