I wanted to register for jamb and I need NIN to do that I wasn't around I was told by someone that I get NIN even if am not present all I need is to send my information and my picture

I contacted someone working in local government and the person told me is possible to get an NIN even if am not present but it will cost me 28 thousand because I needed the NIN I sent the money and the person help me to do the NIN which I used to get my jamb profile code

My concern now is that I heard NIN without thump print is fake

That scared me but the NIN is working fine and all the information on the NIN are my including the pictures

Am going for jamb registration tomorrow with the same NIN

What should I do the only thing I know is not on the NIN is my fingers print cause am not around

And I had there is offline enrollment which means you can do NIN even if you are not around
