I went to Unilorin for ENGLISH PROFICIENCY CERT.., they sent me to pg school, pg sch said it is only Registrar that can give it... They are just passing me to themselves..
What should I do now?

I am currently applying for CSC tsinghua university and they are requesting for the original copy of my cert and transcript sealed by my university, I scanned the one I received from school to them but they rejected it during their review. Pls I need help on how to go about this everyone. Thanks
