in addition to the above, Buy a Screen Filter (costs about ₦3,000 or a little more) or Eye Glass Lenses to protect Your Eyes from Display Monitors of Laptops (PC), TVs, etc.

This is good for anyOne who spends long hours regularly in front of a Display Screen.

I equally ensure my Monitor isn't on full Brightness.
Equally ensure the enviroment is adequately light up.

Modern Smart phones of Nowadays have that 'Filter' or Screen Mode. There is a Special Type of Glasses for that light from Screens, I use to sell them about two years ago, but I can't remember the Name right now. I think I still have one at home, will get back to you later in the day.

I also experienced that in my early days of coding.... Am currently on glass for over 3 years+ now... My best advice is to control your screen brightness and go see ur doctor again.... it's possible that the glasses u are using doesn't suit ur condition...

Also try to use light filter of your devices.... it helps me alot too

We all go through this brother, you should do the following to ensure it doesn't occur again when the pain stops:

1. Ensure that your screen's brightness is high during the day and low during the night time.

2. Take regular breaks when using your system, a thirty minute break every two hours is enough.

3. Take short eyebreaks by looking away from the computer screen for five minutes every hour of use.

4. When you feel sleepy, close your laptop, game or phone and go to bed, this particular rule is very important because disobeying it is a quick way to get eyestrain.
If the pain persists for too long, I'll advise you to go see a doctor again, because something is wrong. And another advice to you, get another hobby that will keep you away from screens for shits sakes, buy a guitar and learn to play, go hiking, ride a bike etc.

It's been over one month now. What can I use to relax the muscles

Hello guys, please I am aspiring programmer. For a while I have not been able to continue learning because each time I use my computer I feel serious eye pain. I also noticed that my eye aches to when I use my phone or watch TV.
I have been to an eye clinic where I got glasses and medication. Please any advice will be appreciated. Dr said it is computer vision syndrome.

I got mine less than two hours after clearance.

I did my clearance yesterday. The officer said I was good to go, however, I am yet to receive the success mail. most of the people that had theirs yesterday got the mail almost immediately. What could have possibly gone wrong?
