Politics › Re: North Will Decide The Winner Of 2027 Presidential Election – ACF by Danisaint112(m):
It’s sad how the entire focus is now on the 2027 presidential election, which is still about two years away. Well, I’m not surprised — the man said he would continue from where his predecessor stopped.

Instead of focusing on how to move the country forward this crooks in power are more focused on wining (rigging) the 2027 presidential election. INEC is already doing their thing now, you were hear another story come 2027.

Any right-thinking person knows Tinubu does not mean well for Nigeria. He never did. For him, it’s all about holding the title of “President” and taking his share of the national cake.

This situation could have been prevented in 2023, but now it’s too late. We still have six more years to endure — so brace yourselves, well-meaning Nigerians.

An organize but outdated and bland interface. Petecostal is lively and modern.
You call it outdated, yet it’s the same structure that’s held together for over 2,000 years, influenced nations, preserved scripture, and shaped Christian doctrine. ‘Modern’ doesn’t always mean better — sometimes it just means louder. Depth doesn’t need drama.

A book humans wrote in Europe is controlling and ordering your steps in Africa. How do you feel so comfortable saying such a thing?

Do you think a book (holybook) written by Africans would be controlling Europeans and their culture this way?😭😭😭😭
Are you sure you read what I wrote properly? Or you are just one of those artheist who are hungry to reply any Christianity base opinion?

I said "divorce" showing be an option not "separation." They can seperate but not divorce until one party cheats. This is my opinion based on what I believe in.
Crime › Re: Court Sentences Late Gospel Singer Osinachi’s Husband To Death By Hanging by Danisaint112(m): 2:30pm On Apr 28, 2025
The death sentence is too much in my opinion. I don't think there is any solid evidence to prove he killed her but being the cause of his death, 10-15 yrs imprisonment is okay. Reason is he has kids.

There mom is gone. Loosing their Dad too would be too much for them to bear.
For the sake of the children this is not suppose to happen. Unless the children have given consent for this to happen which I'm not sure they approved.

You see why I don't blame 2face for walking away.
Once it's no longer working, it's best to go separate ways than all this domestic violence & regrets later on .
I'm sure the man is full of regrets by now .
This is fully supported. But until cheating occurs from one party otherwise divorce shouldn't happen. Speaking biblically.

Unless the person is above 70 if not he/she can still take this option. The business ain't even healthy for an old man. Anything that would tamper with your peace should be rejected.

Let's chew on this. If you build and sell a house ...you have cash ... money dropped in the bank.no asset. If you build and rent ...you have cash ..it keeps coming ...and you have asset. Let's say after ten years of rent ... you have the same amount of cash than you would've sold the house for ...plus ..you still have the house. At this point ...the Naira depreciated a whole lot... the money you have stashed in the bank is barely enough for the foundation of a house. Meanwhile ...if you kept the house..that property value has gone through the roof ...and so has the rent. I do get it with bad tenants...but regardless...the actual rent will mostly be out back into maintenance of the house.

My advice is to build and rent...the difference is to whom? Not locals ...unless it's a company or rich person. I believe one will be better off to furnish the house and rent to overseas based people ...like families or persons on vacation ....return for occasions as in weddings..funerals ... people who are used to the amenities and are more likely to not do damage but more importantly....will stay for maybe a week and pay you the equivalent of at least a month's rent. Locals may need a place for the same situations...but you have to be verrry careful and due diligence is a must
cheesy There is no how property rentals will be more profitable than building and selling. Trust me I have been in this for too long to know.

I know people who build houses with 50M and sell for 130M and more within a year.

80X10=800M

There is no how you will build a house for 50M and sell for 800M gain in 10 yrs in today's Nigeria. Selling will be damn hard.

Come to think of it, is the troubles worth it? Not to talk of the numerous renovations you have to do (tenants calling you up), your precious time – plus renovation to sell.

The bottom line is, someone who want to attain success fast would take the build and sell option because it would raise capital for you to venture into other business, you attain success faster than the guy that decides to endanger his peace for peanuts in the name of rent.

Penny wise pound foolish. I know better man.

If you don't build others will definitely build all tenants are not the same and every landlord doesn't have ur experience. Where do u expect millions of people who don't have their own houses to stay if investors don't invest their money in building houses for rent? Where will u or ur parents would have lived to save money to build a house if someone didn't build a house to rent out?
If no one builds, every one will be forced to build batcher and live in it until they are bouyant enough.

Well, you don't have to take my advice, the advice is for those that value their time & peace of mind and also want to attain success faster.
Properties › Re: Damages Done By Tenant Who Paid ₦‎250,000 Caution Fee (Video) by Danisaint112(m):
One of the worst businesses you can do in Nigeria today is renting houses. It’s better to build and sell because renting is no longer a profitable business — it’s full of problems.

Honestly, I don't even know why people still build houses for rent nowadays. People are wicked, and humans are very difficult to deal with. If you own a house, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Some tenants, before paying you, will still stress you. Fact is, you don't put your hope on such money. Don't try it because you will be disappointed to stupor.

And if you are living with your tenants, just forget it — "see finish" will surely set in.

If you're also the type that interacts and smiles with them a lot, sorry is your name.

The best thing nowadays is to build and sell.

Think about it: if you build a house for tenants with ₦15 million, you might not be able to rent it out for more than ₦2 million a year. It will take you 7 years just to recover your building cost.

And after that seven years is gone, a lot of things would have worn out and you'd have to renovate before you sell – a total waste of time and scarce funds.

But if you build and put up for sell immediately, you could double your money in about 2 years (if you have good marketers/agents) — sometimes even faster. Not to even mention the numerous court cases and troubles like this that come with having tenants.

Property Rental Business is a very shitty and frustrating business. This is the last type of business I will ever do.

Some tenants will deliberately destroy things before moving out — not because they can't afford to pay, but just out of wickedness simply because they feel you don't deserve the money they pay you.

If you ain't ready for any court case and If you value your peace of mind, then avoid it completely.

If you're thinking of building a house for rent, my brother, come out from that road — there’s no light at the end oo! You're only planning to fall into a deep ditch.

I'm speaking from experience — based on everything I have seen my mum pass through while running property rental for the past twenty years alongside her family.

For the first time, I am liking Atiku for being bold. He is the only opposing politician in Nigeria that is giving Tinubu raw watowato everytime.

Peter Obi is always mild, seemingly afraid and curny with use of his words, even at critical situations.

The only thing that makes me so scared of Atiku are his thievery tendencies.

Salute to him on this one.
I will do what Peter Obi is doing if I were in his position. Reason is, when it comes to Igbos it's always different. If Peter Obi has said this now there would be Uproar everywhere.

Bayo Onanuga and Daniel Bwala would have been preparing a counter-response right now.

Ministers like Wike and the likes will suddenly find their voice. Ronu online branch will be doing their thing and immediately paint it tribal.

Dude you and I know Nigeria never remained the same after war. With the Igbos being the most affected.

The country would have come forward but only if they not become dedicated and with what is going on right now it's obvious the politicians don't want their citizens to get educated.

The solution is disintegration. We all can still be good neighbors and be saying high from afar.

I knew this would happen. I saw this coming. When power jam power, one must surely bow — whether right or wrong. Let them go and sin no more.

Truth is — Africa’s redemption will never come from outsiders. Only Africans can save Africa.

The day Mama Africa rises with one voice and boldly declares “Enough is enough” — that day will mark the beginning of true freedom.

But the real question remains…

Who is willing to stand at the front line? Who is willing to pay the ultimate price?

Until we raise selfless, God-fearing leaders with genuine love and conscience for their people — the cycle continues.

Africa’s future belongs to Africans — but only the brave will shape it.
