PLEASE FOR THOSE EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTY IN UPLOADING THEIR PASSPORTS, YOU MIGHT WANT TO USE MOZILLA FIREFOX BROWSER TO UPLOAD IT. I JUST DID THAT NOW AFTER MAKING SEVERAL ATTEMPTS OVER A WEEK NOW.

i called the IT unit they said the error is from them. it is going to be resolved soon.

I NOTICED THAT TOO. I THINK THE IT UNIT REALLY NEED TO WORK ON THE SITE. THERE ARE LOT OF ISSUES WITH IT THIS YEAR!

Then when uploading the passport, ensure IT IS THE RESENT ONE FROM WHATSAPP U ARE UPLOADING. REMEMBER THERE WILL BE EXACTLY THE SAME..

Mine has finally uploaded......
my passport has uploaded. i followed someone's lead here who said "Send your passport (resized to less than 100kb) to someones whatsapp and have them send it back to you.
i noticed my passport was 10.36kb and when i attempted again, it uploaded successfully
So all those having passport upload issues should use the whatsapp way.....

This isnt working for me.
