This losses and draws are psychological, and this team does not know how to win in front of their fans, they play with less pressure away and do better. We must tackle this issue going forward. I don’t feel it’s about tactics or players, and if NFF doesn’t realize this, 10 years from now, we will still struggle even if we have world best on our team with pep as our coach.

SA, ZIM, CAR, BENIN, and all the other teams that have won or drawn us, are not good enough to beat us, but over the years Nigerian Super Eagles have lost that fear factor. Nigeria has players to dominate Africa, it’s not a fluke that we produce two African best back to back, it’s not a fluke we have players breaking records for their clubs and winning things, we have one of, if not the best set of players in Africa.

But what is the issue? let’s look in-depth and forget emotions of “our players are this or that”, last Afcon, Nigeria players played only 60% of their capacity and got to the finals of the Afcon, meaning this team is underperforming overwhelmingly when it comes to qualifiers especially home games. Our F.A needs to sit up, get things rightly, stop pressuring or picking players for the coach, all this nonsense technical committee should hands off and let the coach work, we need to get a stadium in a state with the best weather all year round, and play to our home advantage, a state that has good weather, will see our players always not gassing out, we need a a lot psychological boosting for our players, we need to make Nigeria a fortress again, remind them what it means to fight till the end, and if any player is being complacent and not bringing Osimhen energy from the first blast, scrap him out, when you wear the national team jersey you are a soldier carrying the smiles and hope of 200 million people, let them play their heart out and loose, one day we will get right, but I don’t see a Nigeria team with their head in the game fighting and playing like warriors loosing to any bloody team in Africa, talk less of this little team, this issue is whole-sum and we need to get the players working, no amount lamentations will solve it, but practical approach.

Let’s see this boys fight till the last minute, and play to their strengths, let me see which South Africa will escape.

Jehovah, Yahweh, Adonai, Elshadai, Hosannah in the highest, Elohim, El-roi I bless you Lord.

According to FIFA's regulations, if no official protest is lodged within 24 hours of the match, the result will stand, and no disciplinary action will be taken.

In other words, if no official report was made within 24 hours after the match, South Africa would likely avoid punishment, and the result of the match would remain unchanged.

FIFA's rules emphasize the importance of timely reporting and protesting, ensuring that any issues or irregularities are addressed promptly and fairly.

lesotho and Nigeria have petitioned let’s see.

elyte89:
Bro forget dt 3points …heard d 24hours stuff is real…so nothing will be deducted

weeks after our match with Algeria our point was removed, they will
Remove it. No be only 24 hour rule, rules no dey use emotions

Again the most important thing is for the boys to improve play under chelle, take chances and win. We created a lot.

7 points or 9 points, as long that 3 points is withdrawn from South Africa, our faith is in our hands.

And chelle though not perfect has done well, if other coaches had collected 4 points each in their rounds, we will not be here, we just dey too emotional to see it.
Support your national team like you do your clubs through thick and thin, those boys gave their all, if not for some bad luck and missing chances, Zimbabwe should have collected almost 4 goals.

Tbh this was not a bad qualifying round of matches, the boys played their hearts out in this round if we are being honest, and if not for a silly lapse in concentration we would have had a perfect 6 points. The problem was that we started badly, if not 4 out of 6 in this round is not bad.

Don’t give up guys , worst that can happen is we don’t qualify, but I dare say we still have a 50% chance, a whole 12 points to fight for, especially if South Africa loose 3 points and they will.

A lot has happened to Nigerians in football ti be this lily livered in football, we have been in worst situations. And I know South Africa will definitely loose more points, they can’t win all their matches.

We should focus on peppering fifa to remove those points and believe.

JohnBullMySon:
Most likely not happening. WC qualifers is a CAF tourney. If that CAF rule is correct, eh don be.

then why didn’t he play today? South Africa don loose 3 points forget am

Abeg hope still dey na , South Africa we loose 3 points, problem is, can we win our remaining matches

I really don’t like this Uyo stadium sha, same feel every time

We just need one of this shots to enter

South Africa should just admit that they got carried away with all the plenty fixtures, World Cup and African Cup qualifiers, hence they made a mistake.

This 3 point otilor.
