Because they know that AdSense is the only ad publishing medium which pays the best in this industry and also it does not shows those creepy popup ads which in terms makes the users unhappy. So, no matter what kind of website they have, all webmaster tries to have a working AdSense account.

Even if Google does not approve their AdSense request, they keep trying unless they got a working AdSense account or they get frustrated and stop trying for new AdSense account. Google knows this very well.

Now among all these webmasters who got an approved AdSense account, most of them are not aware of the various AdSense policies and end up disabling their AdSense account. Some of these webmasters even tries to trick Google with some black hat technique so that they can earn more money from Google AdSense.

I’ve seen some organizations based in India, Pakistan and other Middle East countries who actually takes money to click on other’s ads. People pay money to them in a hope that these organization will keep clicking on their ads and they are going to be rich.

This one of another reason, Google place all AdSense publishers from the Middle East countries in the risk prone zone, unless they shows extra ordinary performance on following AdSense policies for years before Google take those accounts out from the “Risk Prone” tab.

Now for all this reasons, Google always tries to make their policies as hard as possible. But among all those publishers who follows every single AdSense policies and also have a website/blog which has tremendous amount of unique traffic and also generate a huge monthly revenue on AdSense, Google put this publishers into a different list and monitor these account for months before upgrading them to Premium Publishers.

You see these publishers (hand few of people) are already generating huge amount of revenue for themselves as well as for Google, so if they give them some extra benefits, these publishers will become more inspired and will work hard to increasing their website quality and the revenue, which in terms will also increase the revenue earned by Google.

Google advertisement platform is the main platform from which Google earns most of its monthly revenues. So they will do anything to increase that revenue and giving some extra benefits to a handful of people is actually the best possible way to do that. As the websites of these publishers are already famous, so Google knows that they are going to get higher revenue from these sites.

Also giving these extra benefits to a handful of people is a way to keep these publishers aside from the rest of the crowed. The only problem is, Google never officially disclose any of this information regarding AdSense Premium Publishers, as they don’t want more attention towards this matter and want to keep this in dark for general AdSense publishers, so that they don’t became angry on Google. �
So, how can I become an AdSense Premium Publishers?

Well, after reading the above part, I hope you already get the idea that it’s not that easy to get and also it’s not for everyone. Only a hand few of publishers ever get the luxury to enjoy the benefits of premium publisher account.

There is no way to apply for AdSense Premium Publisher account. Only Google decide which publisher they want to upgrade and which publishers needs some attention. But after my research on this here is some rough requirements which you must need to get into the Google’s watch list for premium publisher.

Please note that these numbers are approximate and reaching to that actual number does not always mean that Google will consider upgrading your account to the Premium Publisher.

*To become AdSense Premium Publisher, you must need to have at least 20 million page views per month and 5 million unique search query hits leading to your site.

*You must need to have a authority website. A trustworthy website to general users on whatever niche you work on.

(You must need to have completely unique content with no violation of any copyright infringements.

If your site follows these basic requirements and if Google sees that upgrading your AdSense account to a premium publisher account will help them in their business (in terms of revenue and trust), then they will contact you directly for upgrading your AdSense account and will also sent you a Terms of Service agreement which you have to sign before the upgrade.

A Nigerian Medical Doctor, Lole Gbarale, who recently underwent a surgery after she noticed a sharp pain in my right lower abdomen, has recounted what happened after she woke during the surgery due to anesthetic failure.

The University of Ibadan has produced its first graduate with a first class honours degree in History for the very first time in 69 years.

Idowu Olayinka, the university’s vice-chancellor, said Ozibo Ekele of the department of history was one of the 186 students who earned first class degrees at the 2015/2016 convocation ceremonies, which began Monday.

Olayinka said 5,629 students graduated in various academic programmes from 12 faculties, including the Distance Learning Centre at the convocation.

According to him, 186 passed with first class honours, 1,538 finished with second class upper, while 3,133 finished with second class Lower.

Similarly, 434 students finished with third class, while 81 others graduated with pass degrees.

The VC enjoined the graduates to be good ambassadors of the university, saying they should impact positively on their world.

He remarked that the students would have graduated a long time ago but for the strike embarked upon by the academic and non-academic staff unions.

According to him, the breakdown of the graduating list showed that 3.5 per cent and 28.6 per cent finished with first class and second class (upper) honours, respectively.

“I am aware that there has been strident public criticism of the large number of first class graduates from our universities. We are exceedingly proud of all Ibadan graduates,” the VC said.

“We see this phenomenon from the strategic point of view of input-process-output. The University of Ibadan has arguably the most competitive mechanism for undergraduate admissions in the country.

“This has been attested to consistently by the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, in which Ibadan is the only university in the country ranked among the topmost 1,000 universities in the world.”

He was full of praises for Ekele for breaking the jinx as the department had never produced a first class student since inception.

“We warmly congratulate Ozibo Ekele, who is graduating today with a cumulative grade point average of 6.6 out of a maximum of 7.0.”

Even after three decades of reign as highlife maestro, ‘Guitar Boy’, as he is fondly called, Sir Victor Uwaifo, has remained relevant on the Nigerian music scene by reason of his evergreen songs, like ‘Mami Water’, ‘Guitar Boy’, and many others.

In an exclusive chat, the one-time Edo State Commissioner for Arts and Culture opened up to Showtime that Jaywon and Simi did not obtain copyright permission from him before recording a remix of his hit song, ‘Joromi’.

“They didn’t contact me before doing a remix of Joromi; but I’m like a father to them so I can’t begin to drag them to court, so let them make a living out of it, but at the same time it’s piracy”, he said.

According to the multi-instrumentalist, simply ascribing credit to him as original composer of the song would suffice as permission for him.

“I’ve heard it too many times on different occasions; it shows the quality of the music that has come a long way. As far as I’m concerned I’ve lived five lives (from one generation to the other), so if they want to appreciate and still appreciate me, it shows the quality of the music.

It’s one thing to be an artiste and it’s another thing to stay on the scene for a long time; so I will not discourage artistes trying to remix or do another rendition of Joromi, but rather encourage them to give credit to the composer if they do”, he added.

Speaking further, he advised young music acts to learn the rudiments of live music performance rather than depending on computer based recording.

“The young ones of today have depended so much on computer which I think is not the best because creativity must have given birth to technology, while technology on the other hand is now usurping creativity for further advancements of technology and that is wrong.

It is the creative mind that created technology; the creative mind has spirit, life, soul and expression but the computer does not. It has no one on one communication, but if you play life music you can embellish with computer but don’t use computer as the major instrument as if it is the creative artiste itself.”

He further advised that they should emulate older musicians because they are the masters of the game. “The young ones should learn from the masters. They should undergo apprenticeship; they should learn the rudiments of music.

Music is not a free for all business; they should learn how to play music. I didn’t fall from the blues, I underwent apprenticeship with a few bands and well known musicians before I set up my own band, that is why I’m still relevant today.

A prostitute in fear of being sent to prison pulled her client’s condom off his penis and swallowed it whole to try and destroy the evidence.

The 48-year-old Vietnamese national named Dang was found guilty of perjury after misleading police following a crackdown on sex workers.

She was jailed for two months for lying to a local court in Western Taiwan after claiming that she did not have sex with her client, identified as Yao.

Identified only as Dang, she will not be punished for trying to destroy evidence because the condom was never found. Police raided the ‘health spa’ at 9pm on March 14 and found her in a room on the first floor.

Dang and Yao were questioned separately on prostitution charges and Dang denied any illegal activity.

However, her client admitted they were ‘halfway through’ having sex when police smashed their way in through the front door and said that Dang quickly removed the condom.

Officers searched the room after finding a condom wrapper and later reported that she was constantly asking for water. She was taken to Jen-Ai Hospital in neighbouring Taichung City where scans revealed a ‘shadow’ in her chest, which police believed was the condom.

As a result, they were never able to formally charge Dang with destruction of evidence. Doctors at the facility said the woman – had she really swallowed the condom as suspected – risked having the rubber lodged in her upper respiratory tract or somewhere in her digestive system, which would require surgery to extract in the future. However, it could also be digested without obstruction.

The woman’s client and another massage parlour worker were also punished, but their sentences have not been revealed.
