okay sha but that wasn't what I was told by an insider as well. He said they want to appoint/replace the commissioners that left, before they proceed with APL. I asked when this will happen. He said no idea because they are delaying everything. That the commission is in a kind of silent/quiet mode. But still watching.

they have not signed budget you guys are talking about APL, no budget no APL. u all should take a mat and sleep until they sign the budget.

No any MDAs of government will embark on recruitment without budgeting for it.In nutshell this on going recruitment (FCSC) it has been budgeted in 2016 budget.More so, all this delay that u are seeing is as a result of corruption.Because the money budgeted in 2016 on this recruitment will all be shared among the directors and some permanent secretary at the ministry.Then , they will start paying with 2017 budget.I rest my case.

Good evening,ladies and gentle men.If u can remember i said that d successful candidate will be call for appointment letter on May 17,2017. Unfortunately ,the FCSC have not done so and at d same time i don`t knw when again they will release it,but i will be their (FCSC) tomorrow by God grace.Sorry for d inconvenience which may have cause u.Thanks for d understanding.

I think FCSC always give form to qualified applicants to field I.e Bsc,MSC e.tc, After filling d form then u submit it to d commissioner of your state ,thereafter they will issue u with a number.This number will be use in future correspondence for shortlisting and appointment and even after filling d form it is not a sure way to get d appointment.In short , u can go and Open file with them anytime u wish.
