Good day everyone,

Please I need serious legal advise on how to go about this. My landlord is giving me a tough time and I'll like to tackle it with him legally, reason why I need law people to help me out. This is my 2nd years plus in his house, my rent will expire by August 31, about 7 months ago the old man and myself have been having issues in sharing NEPA Bill (phcn), and after much talks I always pay whatever he claims to be my portion, recently (last week) he has to disconnect my apartment from power supply due to our usual point of disagreement, like that's not enough, yesterday I was served a quit notice by him to vacate the apartment. Now my questions is

1. He has cut me off from power source, and I still have three good months before the expiration of my payment.

2. He served me quit notice on 7/6/2019 and my payment will last till 31/8/2019, he claimed that quit notice is three months to the expiration of rent (instead of Six months).

My amiable lawyers and law people in the house should please advise me on what to do and how to go about this.

Greetings to all Mamas in the house, Pls my 7 months old son have changed since last month, he hardly suck breast as well as other foods and as a result of this he's shedding weight now, have tried all I could but all to no avail, pls tell me what to do.

Thanks for the concern ma, the doctors chose to follow the scan i did inside the hospital, which indicate jan 11 as my edd, which made them choose december ending for the CS. My clinic day we agreed to see, my son lost his way inside the hospital, he was about to be taken to station by the security men that found him before i could see him, the stress was so much that was why i couldn't reach you anymore that day. Im coming back on Monday and will definitely see you ma, i so much appreciate your concern ma. God bless you ma

I won't mention name, your EDD is 18th December 2019, u reach out for help, I gave u a call, fortunately your hospital is my working place, somewhere in Osun State, I told you that I have no money to give u but u should put your mind at rest, my hubby is even among the team that Will be on call during your given edd, but it was unfortunate that I can't get u on phone, on 18, 19 and even tonight (20) am on night duty shift which was requested because of u. Remember I told you to call me on 18 but didn't see ur call, I believe there are things that we can do that Will surpassed presence of money.
