immortalcrown:
Wow! I never knew that Enugu State has up to 33 higher institutions. I grew up in Enugu State but do not know up to 15 higher institutions in the State.

Whenever Lagos State is ranked number one on the list for bad things, some people claim that Igbo people committing crimes in Lagos are the reason Lagos is number one on that list. I hope those people that make that claim will credit Igbo people in Lagos State for Lagos' position on this list.

I didn't mention any tribe because I don't believe that all the people making such claims against the Igbo people are from only one tribe. In your own case, you are accusing only Igbo people because you sentimentally see Igbo as the only tribe with bad people. The difference is clear.
But I no see anambra for this list.
Which anambra boy go wasted yeye 5years for university when he can spend same years In Alaba and become a millionaire

Yemen, fights back, attacked by Israel now but previously by USA, France,UK, and even Saudi. Israel has always seen Yemen like a walkover. Sometimes its not the Dog in the fight but the fight in the Dog.

Yemen has protested that Israel should stop murdering and genocidal act, against the Palestinians, as the UN remained helpless and all the European countries and other countries in the world look on.

Small Yemen have refused to be bullied and have continued to stand up to Israel's terrorist criminal act of genocide and murdering babies.
Yemen has no distinct connection with the palestinians but they have just refused to standby and continue to watch the injustice.

David conquered Goliath.....The Yemeni's might humble the Israelis as they have refused to listen to the whole world

Good morning Everyone,

I own a 2004 Honda accord (Scrap EOD), as some of my fellow car owners will call it.

The engine runs fine but I struggle to start it only in the mornings.

Every other hour of the day, the car starts just once as it hits ignition.

Once the car is left in a state of inertia till the next morning, it struggles to start.

I kindly seek the advise of experienced engineers/mechanics on this issue so I can know how to repair or restore.

Thank you smiley
It is because you don't drive it everyday. When starting it pump the acceleration
Politics › Re: Governor Makinde Responds To Reported Plan To Create Sharia Court In Oyo by dapadawee(m): 9:04am On Dec 26, 2024
immortalcrown:
Three questions:

1.
Why is there so much noise or controversy about Sharia court in SW?

2.
Will the Sharia court handle cases that involve non-Muslims?

3.
I sincerely thought that Sharia court is in line with the Islamic faith. If this thought is correct and the Sharia court handles only the cases that involve only Muslims, why should a Yoruba person that willingly practises Islam in Yoruba land reject Sharia court in Yoruba land?

Those who are kicking against Sharia court in Yoruba land may have valid reasons for doing so. But I will not take side with them when I have not known their reasons. So, I sincerely need those people kicking against the Sharia court in Yoruba land to answer my questions.

Christianity Etc › Re: "Did God Send You To Be Building Church" -Bishop Abioye To Church Leaders(Video) by dapadawee(m): 12:15pm On Dec 22, 2024
jesusjnr2020:
I don't think I need to add much to what Bishop Abioye said in the video because his preaching here sounds so much like mine, he seemed to have taken the words right out of my mouth.

I won't be surprised though if some were naive enough to accuse me of being the actual voice behind that preaching but editing it to make it seem as though it was Bishop Abioye, because this is the same thing i've been saying here since I began preaching in this forum several years ago, about the misplaced priorities of the church leaders, including the respect of church buildings, I even recently said this about David Oyedepo in a recent thread.

But many ignorant Christians especially his church members, have accused me of being used by the devil to attack the church and divide Christianity with such preaching.

So what do they think of David Abioye saying just about the same thing of church leaders and it's pretty obvious the number 1 person he's referring to.

Do they also think the devil is now using him to attack the church and divide Christianity?

Remember this is the former right-hand man of David Oyedepo and the closest man to him for many years. The same man who was there with Oyedepo when he started the church, and his second in command and most expected successor, until he was forcefully retired from the church by Oyedepo.

God bless.
Who are you preaching to. O

Food › Re: What I Bought With 9,500 Naira In Russia by dapadawee(m): 9:26am On Dec 16, 2024
mushroomFarm:
When it comes to food items, Yakutsk, Russia is probably the most expensive city in Russia.

Seven hours ahead of Moscow's time zone, eight hours ahead of Nigeria's, logistics of transporting food to Yakutsk adds up to the cost.

Also, at minus 63 degrees Celsius lowest temp. Yakutsk is the coldest city in the world.
Farmers can only farm for about three months a year and livestock's farming requires considerably high amount of energy to maintain temperature requirements.
These factors ensures that food prices remain high in Yakutsk especially in winter. But how expensive are these food items exactly?

One Turkey leg 108 Rubles About 1,550 in naira

0.5 kg Pig meat 227 Rubles About 3,200 in naira

One Whole chicken about 1.5kg 180 Rubles about 2,550 in naira

0.7kg Onions 66 Rubles About 950 naira

1kg Sweet Potatoes 94 Rubles About 1,350 in naira

Note: that Naira/Rubles exchange rate fluctuates between 14 to 14.5 Naira per Ruble

Also, even though these were the costs of these items, the supermarket still gave me a 5% discount on these items because I have a student ID card.

Note that these I purchased these food items in a retail supermarket. Also, things are expensive in Russia right now dues to sanctions which is the irony of the whole thing.

Despite economic issues and sanctions, Russia is still able to provide a quality standard of living to foreigners and their citizens even in a remote city like our Yakutsk.❤️
Please give me direction to Yakutk. From oshodi which bus I go enter
