Aint gonna buy anything from jumia except from Camon c8 that I've been saving for and its because people that bought it on Black friday didn't complain

Few days ago I bought a Tecno C8 device and after inserting my sim just yesterday, I discovered that I can't use both sims and my memory card together on the phone. If I remove one of the sim it will work well but If I insert both sims, one of the sim card won't show.
To all those using this device, I would like to know if it's a general problem or maybe I'm the only one facing this problem with my C8 cos I cant afford to waste my money.

Please help what can I do cos I'm totally confused

I just bought a TECHNO R7 and I discovered that the phone reboots continously whenever I turned on the WIfi and connect the phone to a network to start browsing. Secondly, the phone connects automatically to Wifi and Mobile network on its own and this has been draining my battery.
I have tried to turn off all auto applications, and the problem persists. What do I do, please help....

Some phones connect to wifi automatically, you can take it to an engineer
