QUALITIES REQUIRED

Regional Sales Managers
Must have a minimum of B.sc or HND with a baseline of 5 years of work experience in sales and must be familiar with their respective locations. Applicants must have successful records of sales, and good analytical and sale/projection mapping skills.

Area Sales Manager:
Must have a minimum of B.sc or HND with a baseline of 4 years of work experience in sales and must be familiar with their respective location. Applicants must have successful records of sales, and good analytical and sale/projection mapping skills.

Transportation and Logistics Manager.
Applicant must be a graduate with relevant knowledge of fleet management, scheduling, and maintenance. A good understanding of filing and appropriate bookkeeping knowledge are added advantages.

Account Officers and Sales Executives must be knowledgeable in accounting and sales respectively. Applicants should have a past track record of bookkeeping and sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Audio Visual /HA Technician.
This is largely a skill-based role and it requires practical knowledge of the specific appliances and a demonstrated ability to relate with customers, repair, and guide and advice customers on the best usage of their appliances. Candidate must have a high-level integrity rating and should be able to effectively manage time and available resources.

SALARY:
This is quite competitive and not below the industry standard. Experiences and knowledge will also be considered in reaching a salary agreement.

5. Confirmation of LTO and LTI issued and weekly sign off by accountant, storekeeper, and manager

6. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation for various banks and flagging of lodgments not credited by any customer or to any supplier.

7. Preparation of branch monthly payroll

8. Weekly preparation of imprest and imprest analysis report

9. Make audit returns - sales invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, tellers, etc.

10. Schedule of goods returned to CWH with GRN confirmations received & including LTI

11. Inter-branch supply - confirm that credits have been received by all branches releasing goods

12. Maintenance and report on inter-branch/head office current accounts to head office finance

13. Confirmation of goods received from a central warehouse or from hub warehouses

14. Weekly stock count reconciliation and report submitted to audit, signed off by accountant and storekeeper

15. Monthly preparation of grn and the schedules for local purchases sent to audit

STORE OFFICERS

QUALIFICATIONS. B.sc or HND and relevant experience in store management, warehousing, or logistics. The ability to use excel and relevant software is of top priority.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Liaise with the branch manager to raise requisition for stock from warehouse

2. On receipt of stock, physical confirmation of the stock to tally with central warehouse waybill and lto (location transfer out)

3. Register goods received into goods receipt register indicating w/bill & lto numbers

4. Register stock supplied to customer into the stock issue out register

5. Daily manual update of bin cards for all stock movements in/out

6. Reconcile monthly central warehouse confirmation with goods receipt register

7. Daily/weekly/ monthly stock count and reconciliation

8. Keep and update register upon receipt of repaired items (for faulty items sent to the service center for repairs

9. Maintenance of the following manual registers – (goods returned to cwh with lto and lti recorded & interbranch supply)

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of OND (HND or B.sc) or Trade Test 1, 2, and 3 and the ability to write, read and communicate effectively with customers.
