I pity those who rush to buy land from real estate people. We now have so many of them in this Lekki-Ajah axis. When real estates companies buy the whole land l, please tell me which land will be use for Agriculture. Or na only buildings we wan chop? I told my wife I would rather buy an apartment instead land.
