Don't judge anything, they were all rescued but the 4 children died in the hospital, it happens three building to mine. The house doesn't have an exit to backyard, only one door in the front which made it difficult for escape. We had to break in through the burglary.

Let the person clear himself with EFCC, it's as simple as that, no need for long question.
