Started with CBT, then Essay, then documents' submission, then Assessment Center and then the recent, Partner Interview. I'm for the ITA section.

konklushun: Did my P.I on Friday got the mail on Monday. It depends on when the partner submits his report on you to HR

I just got my success mail and they said they were benchmarking me...

konklushun: For all who sent me a pm I am very sorry for not replying in time. Had issues with my mail. For those still waiting for PI (tax) there is actually no definite pattern or regular questions. It all depends on the partner interviewing you. For me, I was asked y should we hire you? And then the partner was querying me based on my transcript. I had some C's and he was just provoking me with questions. My advice is no matter what, be calm confident and well mannered. It is well. I got a success mail after my PI . Scheduled to me Head of Tax soon. All the best to us all.

Congrats..I thought PI was the last stage before medicals. Which one is head of tax again? Also, how long did it take for them to get back to you after the PI. I'm still expecting feedback after my PI (ITA), did it on wed..

Unfortunately, we don't have many contenders for this award, no wonder Yaya had to be given! African players really need to prove themselves. I hope the new generation of young breeds(Iheneacho and co) will be very impressive and world-class..btw, Mikel really needs to step up and improve his class!

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of Nigeria could not declare a winner in the Staurday elections in Anambra State even as it released results showing the candidate of APGA , Willie Obiano was leading.


INEC returning officer told reporters that the commission will hold supplementary elections in area where elections were canceled as a result of logostic problem.
The election was therefore declared inconclusive.

Tony Nwoye said a INEC staff called him saying his name was removed from the result sheets..why must a staff of INEC call him, is dat not against the ethics of INEC..IMHO, I think d INEC staff should be sanctioned for communicating with a candidate on d election day

some of them go through the 3 weeks orientation in camp with preferential treatment from camp officials, but after camp, you wont see them again until the final P.O.P day..

Hello there, I'd like to share with you on the subject of Vision. May U be blessed as u read.
It is important to note that the major reason behind the underdevelopment in the third world nations is the Leaders’ lack of Vision, according to the Holy book that says "My people perish for lack of vision" (Prov. 29 : 18).
What is Vision? I believe Vision is a picture of the future that captures the solution to a present problem.
For example,
Nigeria’s vision 2020 was a response to the Nation’s Infrastructural and economic decay since independence.
Also, in 1993, it was made known that the oil in Dubai would become exhausted in less than 25 years, hence a solution is desired--To make Dubai the most visited city in the world for tourism. In 1994, a vision was birthed by the prince of Dubai, Mohammed bin Rashid to build the tallest building in the world on an artificial Island. It was ready before the arrival of the millennium.

Difference between a Vision and a Dream

Dreams usually fulfill personal desires while visions transcend personal passion and attachments.

Dreams are vague and have no specific time-frame for execution while Visions have a specific time frame for its actualization. (Hab. 2: 3).
A dream is of a world that does not exist and may seem fanciful or may not be possible to manifest for one reason or the other while a vision is totally possible and all that stands in the way is the desire to create it.

Vision Statement and Mission Statement

A vision statement should answer the basic question, “What do we want to become?”
A Mission Statement answers the pivotal question “what is our business”? It is a statement of purpose! “..this one thing I do…”
For example, The reason for existence of the hotel business is to offer services like the provision of basic accommodation, conference facilities, restaurant and even social function facilities.
To become the best fashion designer in town within 5 years is a vision statement. Your business should be strictly fashion designing for effectiveness.
