Pls house,how long does normal visiting visa Processing take at Canadian embassy?

i dont know where to certify it,maybe court or german embassy?

pls, i have the admission form.but i dont know if i need to certified my documents or not,and where to certified it.can some pls tell me what to do

do they offer POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA in germany for student that finished with a low GP? cause i know USA dont.

is it true that without knowing there language they wont give student visa ?
