Foundation block work commences

9'' hollow sandcrete blocks were used for all walls
While 6'' hollow sandcrete blocks were used for smaller partitions

The foundation was 1.6m high (7 coaches high)

Blinding of Pad footings , placement of column base , placement of structural columns and foundation blinding/casting

16mm diameter bars was used for both column bases and starter bars ...

Thickness of foundation footings 0.150mm

All thanks to God we got the previledge of building one of our masterpiece in warri Delta state...

It's a 4 bedroom duplex with attached 2 units of 2 bedroom flats ..

Would be posting progress pictures of the process as it unfolds..

Attached is the 3d rendition of the building we are hoping to build (final building design may vary as the project commences)
