A ghost follower of this thread for a long while, but want to commend @darenyx and @QSFemi for their professionalism and very nice disposition. I contacted both gentlemen and ended up commissioning them for their services, I got seamless experiences that were expeditiously delivered and wished life with Nigerians was that easy!

I picked @darenyx because of the recommendation by @EgunMogaji2 while @QSFemi's reputation precedes him, he is all over the thread dishing out free opinions.

Thanks guys and best of luck in your journey.

Thanks for trusting us

And a plot of land is what sir?

Depending on your location it could be 100ft x 50ft or 60ft x 120ft ..

Lovely works..

Buharidgeneral:
I am talking about the 4 bedroom with penthouse.

2 plot isn't too much?

I know .. it’s a very big house .. the footprint is 23m x 23m

Buharidgeneral:
What's cost of finishing and the size of the land

About 25m and it would require at least 2 standard plots to fit in

Buharidgeneral:
Whao this is too good to be good. I doff my cap. Respect for the professional

Thanks boss
