GOOD DAY
Please I have a question. Is there any reason for using 9" blocks instead of 6" on a bungalow. are there any advantages.
and should d 6" be hollow or solid

9" blocks has better load bearing capacity than 6"... Although during bungalow construction 6" can be used all through .. But where the possible, 9" can be used for the external walls while 6" be used for internal partitions/walls

What will be the estimated cost to execute this prosect?

Roughly about 20m should get the job done... But for a working estimate, send a mail to darenyxaid@gmail.com and we can discuss better

can a plot of land house a plan of 3units of 1 bedroom flat and a unit of of 2bedroom flat. If yes please can u give me a sketch, thanks

What's the dimensions of you plot, that's would be a determining factor ... If you have the survey plan of the plot.. It would be easier to ascertain if it would fit ...
