My school is asking for 2k pounds deposit but I want to pay 3k5 pounds. The more fees I'm able to pay here in Nigeria, the easier it is for me when I eventually travel.

As a Londoner, I’ve seen a lot of people avoiding London saying its cost of living is very high. This is true but you’re also going to get more job opportunities in London including a possible switch to tier 2 visa than other parts of the U.K.. So my advise is if you can afford any uni in London then go for it.

I paid mine with it two days ago and it was very easy and fast. The rate they gave me is even cheaper than what Mallams gave me. Their rate was 606 as at two days ago while Mallams told me 610.

I got a rejection from Anglia Ruskin University and Bournemouth University sent a mail to my references late.
Now I have to wait on eight ( other universities which doesn't seem tenable for September entry.
What can I do please?
I applied for MSc Accounting for all ten, although I've been doing more of Sales and Business Development for the past 4 years now.
What course would most likely sell me easily and warm the heart of these schools to me considering my 15+ years study gap (First degree) except for PDGM and MBA which I cannot present for admission?

Pls help!!!!! Am a graduate from the University of Benin, I finished my NYSC in 2019, got admission to University of Lagos Msc Mechanical engineering, 2020/2021 section. Due to ASUU strike am yet to complete the program as am supposed to finished by June.

My question is, should i disclose this as a study gap by submitting my admission letter and academic reference during My Visa application for the study gap? wont it have any effect on my application for not completing it or being asked to provide the qualification which am yet to get?

I just want to say that this forum is very informative. I got offers from the following university:
Coventry university
Northumbria university
Manchester Metropolitan University
Robert Gordon University..

I decided to go for RGU offer because of obvious reasons. RGU gave a conditional offer.
The conditions are easy except I am expected to deposit 34% of the tuition.

My questions are:
Do I need unconditional offer before the deposit or after ?
Is there anyone that has the problem to advise me on the best course of action?
Is there any WhatsApp group for RGU September 2022?

But for ASUU strike, I would have my PHD certificate at hand now. Now, I want to apply for a masters degree (very close course to the one I did for my Nigerian masters) in the UK. Hope that won't affect?

And again, is my PHD admission letter enough to serve as proof of PHD? I could add my first year and second year PHD results too. Will that suffice? Even though I intend to write a cover letter stating why I strongly believe going to the UK to obtain a masters degree in the same course would be so beneficial and prospects filled.

The passport data page was included with the passport were both collected at TLS, but it wasn't just uploaded online during self service.

I was told if it is needed, they will send NSF MAIL.

Miscommunication, you said you took the data page there ‘after biometrics’
Biometrics is actually the day you went to TLS, all I was trying to say if you forgot to upload it online during self service, you could have opted for assisted service at TLS to upload the doc.

But yeah if it is needed they will send NSF mail. Best of luck

If you can get a school with cheap tution deposit like 2k= thats 1,044,000 by today's exchange rate of N522...( i heard crane field is 1k) so u can go borrow the rest plus cost of living)

IHS= 705 x750 (black market)=529k(if your course is 1 year)

T4 visa= £363 × 750 = 273k

Plane=450k

Outside london house rent plus bill=1000£ = 522k u will buy from bank at cbn when u leave

I got offer from RGU and I am about to pay my deposit but before then I want to seek some clarifications because I want to go with my family (Wife and Son).

We did not do court wedding or church wedding, we did only introduction and engagement. She (my wife) did her NIN last year using my surname and early this month she captured for international passport. Now, we want to do court wedding this week, hope this won't be a threat to our chances of getting visa because the marriage certificate will now be earlier than international passport.


We have some old pictures, chats and even our naming ceremony pictures.

Please gurus in the house share your opinions.
