University of Bangor is still accepting student , if you apply now I assure you . you will get admission.

It is stated in the letter that they’ll email you to request further documents if needed.

No, you have to use a dollar card. Naira debit card doesn't work because it's capped at $20 monthly limit.

Chester clearly state a scolarship fee of 1500 on thier offer letter

Yes they give automatic discount, I have an offer for September intake and I got 2500 discount bringing my fees to 10900.

They responded to almost every applicants, I applied around Feb too and got respond less than two month.
Check your mail both Spam and other box

I applied this month. They asked for passport and I submitted international passport, and they gave me an offer days later. I don't think it's passport photograph, maybe that's the mistake you made

Condition's are always attached and if you think breaching 20hr a week is the only thing that can stand between you and PSW then you are dreaming.

For Chester I will just advise you mail them.
I think it's compulsory you pass through an agent.
I have dropped them though.
I can't be tied to an agent.
But why do some UK universities prioritize the use of agent?

Bro the chances of staying back is 50/50 there is no guarantee that PSW will be issued after study o.
If you have more than enough,you can risk it even if it doesn't go as plan you will have something to fall back on.
But it is better to go and weather the storm first,then move the family when you have a job that
guarantees your stay.
Coming back to resettle in Nigeria after 2yrs gap no be something one can absorb o.
