2. The above mentioned company in 2016 to 2017 lured Delta State government into a "white elephant, castle in the air and balloon dream" megacity project which they christened Delta International Commercial City Asaba (DICCA).

3. The project location is between the 1st and 2nd Niger bridge bordering Asaba Delta state and Onitsha Anambra state. The SS-SW geo-political configuration speaks to the underpinning strategic interest especially to Delta Igbo and Anambra folks.

4. The LP Lagos Guber candidate Chinedu clandestinely with his mother laced his campaign with lofty unrealistic promises of economic liberalisation, repatriation and power control for any Ibo that cared to listen. Promising to turn Eastern Nigeria to Dubai with resources from the political hub (Abuja FCT) through Peter Obi and the SW commercial hub (Lagos) through Chinedu.

5. Several laudable projects have since taken off in Asaba with DICCA sitting moribund as a mere briefcase project. What could be the reason? Perhaps the financial wherewithal is non-existent.

6. Chinedu decided to run for office. Nobody bothered to find out if he had resigned from the private business interests and concerns in Eastern Nigeria.
Few questions on that:
- Why was he leaving such an important project that can exponentially transform Asaba, Delta State and Anambra to run for Governor in Lagos State at this opportune moment?

- How did he intend to manage his public office portfolio as Executive Governor of a state like Lagos and private portfolio as an Executive Director in a private construction company faraway in Asaba, Delta State without breaching ethics of corporate governance? Legal practitioners know the danger in this.

- On the Delta Commercial City Project in Asaba, what is the current status of this project considering that it was launched since 2016?

- Why couldn't the LP Lagos Guber Candidate maximize this to showcase his track-record and performance in result-orientation, consistency, public service delivery and project completion drive?

- Simply put, is it an ongoing or abandoned project? Any evidence or proof of performance/ success? If he could not transform Asaba, how was he going to transform Lagos?

- Why did he not foremost prioritize and consider designing and implementing this kind of project for the benefit of Lagos and Lagosians considering the drive to turn Lagos into a megacity?

Conclusion
From the above,
1. The prevailing circumstances, timing, velocity, and ferocity with which Chinedu was prodded into politics should raise a lot of concern for the sane and sapient mind.

2. His track record of serial political losses from KOWA Ikeja LGA elections, to PDP Senatorial bid against Yayi and then PDP Primaries against Jandor predicating his migration to LP should have raised eyebrows. This is nothing but opportunistic political prostitution. The ones crying over stolen mandate stole Ifagbemi Awamaridi's gubernatorial ticket and mandate on the same crude tribalistic sentiments that they are vituperating over. Tell us who is the real thief and crook now?

3. No one could see these in the midst of the sandstorm of media propaganda, cheap emotional blackmail, self-victimization and other poorly scripted theatrics and shenanigans. We are seeing hypocrisy and deception a concrete putrid mixture whose stench reeks to the ends of the Milky Way Galaxy.

On these grounds, he has decided to start his political career with a retirement. He is going into a political blackhole dragging with him an entire tribe some of whom are completely innocent and unaware of his true pedigree and antecedents.

SUMMARY: GRV is a thief. Married the daughter of a late public looter ex-military administrator of Kogi State. After looting Kogi dry and blind, Lagos was their next target.

I have already given the dossier on this guy to a close friend before his impending calamity has recently begun to unfold.
