PoliticsRe: Lagos LP Writes A Petition To DSS Over MC Oluomo's Comment & Oro by darkkknight2010: 9:31pm On Mar 17, 2023
Somebody wants to become Governor of Lagos State.

Now, he is not Governor yet. He is already writing DSS to stop Oro Festival. A festival that is one of the fundamental and highly symbolic traditions of Yoruba Culture.

What if he becomes Governor? He will send the Yoruba Obas on exile or banishment or forceful abdication of office.

Even the Bible says that every throne and authority on earth is upheld by the hand of God. God resists the proud, pompous and arrogant, and gives grace to the humble.

The LP Lagos Guber Candidate has just sealed his fate as a LOSER!!

Body language and Emotional intelligence experts will know clearly that Mr. Chinedu and his baldheaded father got a horrific dressdown from Oba Akiolu of Lagos. And they have just started. The picture below speaks volumes.

Their dance of shame is about to start.

If these Lebanese were doing this for your bigoted inept candidate will you come here crying foul?

You will be screaming accolades on how it so well deserving of the clown masquerading as a credible candidate.

Whether or not you and generation feel any positive impact of Sanwo Olu's administration is your cup of tears to down and pool of mud to wallow in.

Your hypocrisy stinks to the ends of the Milky Way galaxy...

franchasofficia:
This is very shameful and disheartening, oh my gosh cry

APC really need to go. These guys have weaponized poverty and hunger in Nigeria using bad governance, thuggery and insecurity to make Nigerians docile so they can remain in power forever.

Watch how these corrupt criminal Lebanese people backing APC in Lagos are busy sharing food items to Lagosians to make them vote for Sanwo-olu tomorrow. Can they try this in their own country?

Watch the shameful video on this link

Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour deserves to be arrested immediately for making inflammable comments and false/ treacherous allegations against Lagos State government without doing due diligence.

Heating up the polity with cheap theatrics and falsehood is unacceptable and highly despicable.
PoliticsRe: Emerging Facts On Chinedu Rhodes Vivour. by darkkknight2010:
Very very correct 100%.

And that is why the ONLY project their company Alhuda Limited has is in Delta State.

Delta International Commercial City Asaba (DICCA). Google it.

Moribund due to financial encumbrances.

Chinedu is in politics to use Lagos money to finance his family's project in Delta, Anambra and Abia.

He's on the board of the abovementioned companies.

There is no evidence that GRV is not corrupt because he has not handled that position before. So the only requirement as you say is not even a certain one.

And in other performance parameters, SO beats GRV handsdown. GRV is an accidental candidate that's only riding on Obi's Charisma. A billy goat can also do that if in Labour Party.
He has no experience in corruption but heavy plans to...

Go and research on their moribund Delta International Commercial City Asaba project and others in Eastern Nigeria that they want to use Lagos treasury to finance.

2016 they inaugurated in Asaba, 2017 suddenly he wants to become Lagos state governor.

Jumping from party to party like a chimpanzee. From KOWA, to PDP to LP.

Changing nomenclature and ethnic coloring like a chameleon. To Yorubas he's Gbadebo. To Ibo's he's Chinedu.

PoliticsRe: Rufai: GRV Doesn’t Have Experience; Obi: Yes, He Has No Experience In Corruption by darkkknight2010: 2:27pm On Mar 13, 2023
Peter Obi was the former Chairman of FIDELITY BANK PLC.

He should be asked to employ the Lagos LP candidate as ordinary Branch Manager in Lagos and see the performance of the branch.

Since he Obi is super sure of his credentials and credibility.
PoliticsRe: Nomenclature History: GRV Being Questioned On Twitter by darkkknight2010: 2:11pm On Mar 13, 2023
They are talking about true Lagosians.

Is Doherty not a Lagosian? With several streets in Lagos answering Doherty.

Show us Rhodesvivour street or close?

All the senseless and bigoted Igbos are only after the realisation of him syphoning Lagos funds to go and implement their white elephant projects in Asaba, Anambra and Abia where he's truly linked to...

If it is by experience, if you are not voting Sanwo Olu then Vote Doherty.

It is however important for the sake of policy consistency and developmental continuity to Vote Sanwo Olu.

Now, few questions:
1. Has the LP Lagos Guber Candidate resigned from the positions held in these private business concerns?

2. If Yes, can he publish officially his resignation letters and Board Resolutions reflecting the same?

3. If Yes also, why is he leaving such an important project that can exponentially transform Asaba, Delta State to run for Governor in Lagos State at this opportune moment?

4. If No, how does he intend to manage his public office portfolio as Executive Governor of a state like Lagos and private portfolio as an Executive Director in a private construction company faraway in Asaba, Delta State without breaching ethics of corporate governance?

5. On the Delta Commercial City Project in Asaba, what is the current status of this project considering that it was launched since 2016?

6. Can the LP Lagos Guber Candidate maximize this to showcase his track-record and performance in result-orientation, consistency, public service delivery and project completion drive?

7. Simply put, is it an ongoing or abandoned project? Any evidence or proof of performance/ success? If he can not transform Asaba, how can he transform Lagos?

8. Where has the finance for the project been coming from or will be coming from in future? Any audited financial reports to prove accountability and sound managerial ethics?

9. Why did he not foremost prioritize and consider designing and implementing this kind of project for the benefit of Lagos and Lagosians considering the drive to turn Lagos into a megacity?

10. Has the LP Guber Lagos Candidate done a verifiable Assets/ Net Worth Declaration?

11. Point no. 15.0 of "His 100 Days in Office as Governor" on "Working with Labour Party to appoint first-class caretaker Chairmen for each Local Govt, each appointee being skilled enough to be a potential Governor".
a) Is this not a clandestine attempt at re-establishing and re-entrenching a neo-godfatherism (new form of god-fatherism) masquerading as sustainable succession planning for LP candidacy?
b) Based on what criteria will the appointees be screened and chosen?

These are real issues about character, competence, capacity and credibility that the Lagos LP Guber ought to be engaged upon to duly address and clarify.

Enough of the flowery semantics and sentimental merry-go-rounds.

Let's hope the unnecessary and toxic dust of tribalism and ethno-centricism can settle for this to occur in the appropriate quarters and channels.

I owned a number of properties in Lekki that has for the past 5 or more years been vacant. My reason is that I do not like tenants messing up my property because of ordinary 5m annual rent on each of those buildings. But I am spending millions to maintain them.

I am not the only one displaying the lunacy, there are estates without tenants and the owners, just like me can not afford to mess their assets up due to certain income stream which is really nothing for us.

But we also know that there are many homeless people as well as people who really need a place to pay some rent, yet we are not bothered.

When I read GRV Manifesto, the thought that came to mind was, I need to get tenants into those properties because this policy will be of greater good to those who can not afford to own homes for now.

I believe some other investors will equally toe the same line for a greater good.

Even as I might be affected, I am ready to feel some discomfort as long as other people feel some relief.

Therefore, I do not see it as a bad policy at all.

Please vote for GRV, if he can execute that manifesto, people like me will like to think about coming back to Lagos, otherwise, no high consciousness bandwidth human will want to continue to live in such traffic misery as is happening at the Island.
So you will rather not have a steady income stream you quoted as Ngn5m to give to the homeless who have no sense of actual value for your property?

You said the tenants paying Ngn5m are messing up properties, and then is it these homeless that will preserve the condition, quality and value of your property?

Either you are here for mere clout or mischief.

Whichever way you lack acumen and sapience.

Mediahq:
My First 100 Days
As Governor of Lagos

I have a vision for a new Lagos
Here is my action plan for the first 100 Days in office.

1.0
Increase Minimum Wage to N60,000 on Day 1 in Office, the salary of Civil Servants will be increased by 100% to N60,000 monthly. The target is to reach N100,000 as soon as possible. This will cover everybody including street sweepers.

2.0
Moral suasion to persuade the Organised Private Sector to follow Govt's lead by stopping casualisation and also increase their minimum wage to a living wage. Banks, telcos, oil companies, multinationals, large national corporates, etc will be incentivised with PAYE tax credits to stop casualisation and index their minimum wage to their capacity to pay rather than current market wage rates which are suppressed by high unemployment. A first step for a Lagos where every worker has health care, pensions and similar benefits.

3.0
Cancel Alpha Beta's Contract which costs the State N5bn monthly.

4.0
Use the savings from the cancellation of Alpha Beta contract to set up a grand Loan Scheme for Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises. Ensure at least 10,000 beneficiaries in the first 100 Days. We expect the scheme to benefit up to 1m beneficiaries in 4 years.

5.0
Establish a portal for publishing costs of all government projects and compare them to World Bank standards to eliminate waste and corruption.

6.0
Issue a 10-year order for 10,000 vehicles to an auto manufacturer that commits to building an auto assembly in Lagos with a credible plan to achieve 50% value added within 5 years.

7.0
Pull down all toll gates in the Lekki Ajah axis and Ikoyi link bridge.

8.0
Build a monument in memory of our slain sons and daughters at the old Lekki Toll Gate.

9.0
Advertise for the employment of 10,000 teachers with outstanding grades (First Class and Second Upper or Upper Credit) to start a process of repositioning teaching as a middle-class career.

10.0
Execute a Memorandum of Understanding with all Road Transport Unions for the implementation of a rehabilitation and retraining program, and take Agberos off our roads.

11.0
Invite bids for the design and construction of 100 km of rail across Lagos.

12.0
Host an education summit with all stakeholders to get buy-in into GRV's plan for partnerships to upscale public schools to the standards of the best private school.

13.0
Host a health summit with all stakeholders to get buy-in for partnerships to upscale services at Primary Health Centres to best-in-class, laying the foundation for an effective referral system.

14.0
A summit for various artisan associations such as bricklayers, plumbers, mechanics, welders, carpenters, tailors and other technicians with the objective of creating a process for their certification and access to small-scale loans.

15.0
Working with my Party, the Labour Party, appoint first-class caretaker Chairmen for each Local Govt,
each appointee being skilled enough to be a potential Governor.

16.0
Set a date for Local Government elections.

17.0
Issue Guidelines to open up the BRT routes to all investors who meet the minimum standards. Create a program for widespread investment in public transport by all willing Lagosians and investors.

18.0
Issue Guidelines for markets to operate autonomously and appoint their own Iyalojas and Babalojas.

19.0
Release Guidelines for a new waste management system for separating waste to paper, plastic and organic from homes; a first step towards a world class system for turning waste into biogas and fertilizer.

20.0
Emergency rehabilitation of buildings and facilities in 100 primary and secondary schools pending comprehensive reconstruction.

21.0
Enumeration of all apartments that have been vacant for more than 180 days, and commencement of a program to ensure occupancy by 31st Dec. At least 100 such apartments are to be occupied in the first 100 days.

22.0
The commencement of the rehabilitation of 100 inner roads spread across all Local Governments in Lagos.

I am determined to set Lagos on course to become First World in 30 years.
Hold me accountable after the first 100 Days.

11. Point no. 15.0 on "Working with Labour Party to appoint first-class caretaker Chairmen for each Local Govt, each appointee being skilled enough to be a potential Governor".
a) Is this not a clandestine attempt at re-establishing and re-entrenching a neo-godfatherism (new form of god-fatherism) masquerading as sustainable succession planning for LP candidacy?
b) Based on what criteria will the appointees be screened and chosen?

These are real issues about character, competence, capacity and credibility that the Lagos LP Guber ought to be engaged upon to duly address and clarify.

Enough of the flowery semantics and sentimental merry-go-rounds.

Let's hope the unnecessary and toxic dust of tribalism and ethno-centricism can settle for this to occur in the appropriate quarters and channels.

The hopes and destinies of Lagos and true Lagosians hang in the balance.
